Yeah we understand you would rather have someone else, but saying things like you'd rather have Lowe back undermines your credibility.

would anyone realistically consider archie miller? i would consider it if he had an assistant with experience.
3/26/2011 4:24:23 PM
We played that game with the zona Texas game. We lost.
3/26/2011 4:24:37 PM
im glad the regional games aren't being played in football stadiums anymore
3/26/2011 4:25:45 PM
all the Florida fans are more worried about spring football than this gameDonovan must love that
3/26/2011 4:26:04 PM
Well to be fair I think we are more excited about spring football. I mean. The coaching search has put some life into the fans but if Lowe were kept we'd be more excited about spring football.

cancel the basketball program and send all the money over to the football program so we can be consistently good at something
3/26/2011 4:35:10 PM
Stevens stevens stevens stevens. You know why? Cause I can still post here Oh and on my previous list you can obviously include Donovan in the eliminated. I generally feel that if they are already coaching in a major program it would be a major stroke of luck to get them.
this coaching search is looking like the last one
3/26/2011 4:38:42 PM

I'm curious as to what made Sean Miller change his mind when he originally told Arizona no, but then went there anyway. Maybe this time his wife can pull a "you aren't getting laid in Arizona ever again" card and he'll come to NC State. Or she can be all "I hate Arizona why are we staying here you don't love me anymore I hate you", get a divorce, and he moves to Raleigh out of spite.[Edited on March 26, 2011 at 4:55 PM. I think we have a better chance with Miller than we do with Stevens (which is slim to none).
3/26/2011 5:20:08 PM
we need to take out a second mortgage on the RBC center and throw every dime at brad stevens.btw the papa johns add at the top of the page worked should be here in 30. fuckin advertising
3/26/2011 5:24:57 PM
we don't own the rbc center, so you're going to have to cook up another brilliant scheme.
3/26/2011 5:26:36 PM
We own more of it than the Hurricanes do FWIW...
3/26/2011 5:27:05 PM

but just maybe the hurricanes would buy it outright and the north carolina legislature will forget about the tax money that they provided and we could use the profits to offer brad stevens $10m/year.this is a good direction for this discussion i think.
3/26/2011 5:43:45 PM
i agree, but i think we should throw in chuck's house, (if it's still for sale) a beach house, and a mountain house just to sweeten the deal.
3/26/2011 5:50:51 PM
We should be the first to use the cube stadium design from futurama. Tear down Harrelson so it can be on campus and we'd have the best arena in college sports.
3/26/2011 5:53:12 PM
^ that might be out, they're actually adding on to harrelson right now.
3/26/2011 5:53:52 PM
dont forget partial ownership of the lil dinos
3/26/2011 5:55:22 PM
The more I read about Smart, the more I really want to like the guy. I imagine with his recruiting background and our resources, it wouldn't be hard for him to put together some great classes. If he beats Self, maybe I'll be on board. If he loses respectably, I'll at least change my "Fuck Shaka" status.]

3/26/2011 6:01:05 PM
i mean, you might as well get on board, b/c that's who we're going to hire.if GT doesn't get to him first, that is.
3/26/2011 6:01:07 PM
His defense would have ranked 9th in the ACC this yearThis is a tough decisionIn Yow we trust
3/26/2011 6:04:36 PM
GT won't be able to afford Smart most likely

That would be pretty dumb of him.
3/26/2011 6:10:28 PM
I'm slowly boarding the Smart train as well. Simply because if he turns out to be legit, picking him up at such a young age would be incredible. I see him connecting with guys like Harrow and Leslie on the same level that Sidney did, but hopefully he would know what to do with them.
