On the Weather Channel's website early this afternoon it had 1-3 inches of snow accumulation Sunday night and 1 inch Monday. Of course, that's gone now and it just says rain.

I've severely underestimated the stupidity of the general public. Meteorologists are saying that the issue these days with forecasts is communicating the uncertainty of models... I think the real issue is that the dumbass general population can't even understand a basic weather forecast, much less the complicated subject of uncertainty.
