since i've been laid off (2 fridays ago)...i've made my husband the following for dinner

garlic & rosemary chicken w/ baked potato and salad
a huge veggie lasagna (+ leftovers for three nights...not in a row ppl)
pork tenderloin, rice & steamed cabbage
mushroom, turkey, bok choy & rice soup (chicken broth w/ soy, garlic & ginger)
a large salad after a weekend of bad eating

he made mitch's veggie chili two sundays ago as well, and killed all of that except for one container we've frozen

tomorrow i'm going to do chicken (not sure how yet), corn, onion, tomato & cilantro...i wanted to do a fish but i didn't like my choices

it lets you actually taste the shrimp instead of just tasting old bay. old bay's ok, but a lot of folks just coat seafood in it and don't taste the actual shrimp/fish/crab/etc.

salmon is by far my favorite fish. crab and lobster are OK. other than that i'm not really into seafood, which is funny considering i grew up on the coast and my whole family loves seafood
