Post-post workout protein shake comin' up/dinner. I'm leaving for Europe tomorrow, so I've been wicked busy, but still had the time to fit in a gnarly bicep/forearm workout. I superset biceps for 240 reps I workout in a 3 day cycle and today was biceps/abs/forearms... but my buddy and I skipped out on abs (not really worried about them right now) and had a wicked good workout.

Been to the gym roughly 18 times since I last posted photos, for 45-90 minutes a pop. I think I look pretty similar to before.weighed in at 202.0lb this afternoon. that's a difference of one pound over the last 4 weeks.

I weighed in at 266 today, so I'm down about 17 pounds. Unfortunately, I think I've lost muscle and gotten weaker in the process. I'm not too concerned about the muscle loss because I want to focus mostly on weight loss. Regardless, I need to clean up my diet and be more consistent with my eating.

i havent posted pics in a while so i will now, i have quite a few so i'll apologize now normal check in (please ignore the gross mirror....its amazing how i didnt realize how didrty it is until i took a pic ):Arms (you may not notice but i sure do!-theyve definitely toned up a little more!)Back (it was really hard for me to get a pic of this, apparently i suck at aiming, so these are my best attempts):i really feel like i have progressed more in the last week or so than i have the whole time ive been in this "challenge". the scale hasn't budged. i havent lost much size (well actually i havent measured yet, but my jeans are fitting me the same as always, maybe a little tighter :-/) and i dont think ive really lost that much bodyfat, but i feel like i look more toned.so yeah, its weird. none of my measurements indicates i've made any progress, but i feel like i have by looking in the mirror. maybe i'm just getting over my insecurities?i really do think i look more toned though

having to post pictures of my fat ass, or stomach in my case, would likely would have been much more motivating just out of sheer embarrassment. In the last few weeks I have started making diet and exercise changes which I give myself some credit for but I also realize it likely isn't enough to loose weight, or at least not a significant amount. If anything it's just keeping me from putting on more weight. I have a huge issue with overeating and portion control and I know I should be eating ~6 meals a day but instead I'm eating 2 big meals. I didn't drink tea or coke to begin with but I have massively increased the amount of water I drink and stopped drinking alcohol with the exception of things like 4th of July, my birthday, weddings.

I'm up something like 10 lbs, but only about a 1% change in body fat and no noticeable change in my waist. My bench is back where it was before I really tried to cut weight, my squat has gone up about 20 lbs (and could probably go up even more) and my arms are roughly 1/4" bigger.My stomach looks a little worse though, but I'm going to (happily) blame that on my girlfriend's way-too-delicious chocolate chocolate chip cookies [Edited on July 14, 2010 at 11:12 AM.
