as youve seen in the previous weeks, aaron moorehead is cutting in on his time and also if you look at the list of WRs that caught passes last week:R. Wayne 7 B. Utecht 2 D. Clark 2 A. Gonzalez 1 J. Addai 2 A. Moorehead 1 You'll notice that he's the 4th-5th option. Id go elsewhere than gonzalez. Try Brad Smith for a decent 1 week add

i completely changed my team with some trades this past week. i'm excited to see how the new team does. Old Team:Derek AndersonHoushmanzedahBernard BerrianEdgerrin JamesSteven Jackson/ Brian LeonardDesmond ClarkNew Team:Derek AndersonHoushmanzedahDonte Stallworth (or Crayton or Stokely)Kevin JonesJamal Lewis (or selvin young or ryan grant or cedric benson)Heath Miller (or Vernon Davis)i'd say i've much improved my predicament, since right now i'm at 2-6 with my old team.
11/2/2007 12:29:35 AM
so you turned steven jackson and edge and berrian into kevin jones, jamal lewis, stallworth and heath miller?
11/2/2007 12:30:58 AM
yep, but thats mostly because our scoring system is screwy. trust me, i was losing left and right with Edgerrin, Jackson, and Berrian. basically trades went like this:Berrain for Stallworth, straight up.Edgerrin and Steven Jackson for Chad Johnson, Heath Miller, and Cedric BensonSent Chad Johnson and an IDP for Kevin Jonespicked everyone else off Free Agency.
11/2/2007 12:35:25 AM
i did the because i think edge is going to be a top 5 rb the rest of the year. Kevin jones was a good add though. good luck man but i really think you could have gotten more in the edge s-jax trade[Edited on November 2, 2007 at 12:37 AM. Reason : .]
11/2/2007 12:36:41 AM
i think he will too, but right now i'm just trying to get out of last place and even into the lower half of the playoff eligibility race, so i needed a team that could get me there. Trading with top ranked teams keeps them where they are but will allow me to sneak in right behind them.but yes, our scoring system is whacked all to hell.
11/2/2007 12:38:32 AM
i just dont see where your team looks better now
11/2/2007 12:39:41 AM
QB, pick oneDrew Brees vs JAXBig Ben vs Baltimore?RB pick twoMarion Barber III vs PhillyBrian Westbrook vs Dallas(going with him prolly)Selvin Young/Travis Henry(I have both decide which) vs DetriotWillie Parker vs. BaltWR, pick 2Reggie Wayne vs NE(goin with him prolly)Anquan Boldin vs Tampa BayRoy Williams vs DenverDeion Branch vs Clevelandi also have one flex so what ever RB and WR arent picked can be used for that...too many choices for me this week...i need more help
11/2/2007 12:21:43 PM
^^ Agreed. Awful trade.
11/2/2007 12:23:13 PM
^^I like Brees in this week better than Ben vs. Balt. Brees is on a roll and I think he continues it this week.
11/2/2007 12:35:23 PM
Pick 3:Wes Welker - Pretty much a givenPatrick CraytonChris ChambersGreg JenningsRoy WilliamsAlso, where do I find stat rankings. For instance, I always hear on Sportscenter stuff like they rank 28th against the run or what not, but I can't find easy to read statistics like that. Any ideas?

http://www.nfl.com[Edited on November 2, 2007 at 1:06 PM. Reason : Is Branch even playing this week?]
11/2/2007 1:05:33 PM
well 57 pages of advice led me to a 2-6 record.so a claim that the trade was "awful" doesn't bother me. i'll wait and see.
11/2/2007 2:05:09 PM
Pick three WRs out of this group. Bolded are my current picks. Steve Smith Santonio Holmes Roddy White Donte StallworthBrandon MarshallI am torn on starting White because he has been playing well and the Falcons are facing SF who sucks balls. Stallworth and Marhsall can be hit and miss. Smith worries me too because of the horrible QB situation in Carolina.
11/2/2007 3:59:33 PM
I would take stallworth over white. I see the indy/NE game being a shootout ala the NE/dallas game.even with the Qb situation. Smith manages to get his. [Edited on November 2, 2007 at 4:01 PM. Reason : r]
11/2/2007 4:00:36 PM

brees vs jaxd anderson vs sea
11/3/2007 9:45:52 AM
Rudi Johnson or Earnest Graham
11/3/2007 11:20:55 AM
^i dunno but lemme throw this in the mixSantonio Holmes or Earnest Graham (non PPR league)
11/3/2007 11:37:48 AM
^^^Anderson.^^Graham^Graham, Rudi is going to be eased back in & Watson will have a more prominent role than before Rudi was hurt.
11/3/2007 12:28:40 PM
Haha, Houston has to watch that shitty game while everyone else watches pats-colts
11/3/2007 12:51:00 PM
RB pick twoMarion Barber III vs Philly*Brian Westbrook vs Dallas(going with him prolly)*Selvin Young/Travis Henry(I have both decide which) vs DetriotWillie Parker vs. BaltWR, pick 2Reggie Wayne vs NE(goin with him prolly)*Anquan Boldin vs Tampa Bay*Roy Williams vs Denver*Deion Branch vs Cleveland(bad foot)i also have one flex so what ever RB and WR arent picked can be used for that...too many choices for me this week...i need more help* denote probable plays for me
11/3/2007 9:28:16 PM
stick with your choices
11/3/2007 9:28:44 PM
Jones-Drew vs NO or McGahee vs Pit?
11/3/2007 10:27:36 PM
jones-drew
11/3/2007 10:28:17 PM
id say Jones DrewPitt is the overall #1 defense...
11/3/2007 10:28:24 PM
pick two:Lamont Jordan vs. HoustonTravis Henry @ DetroitThomas Jones vs. WashRudi Johnson @ Buf
11/4/2007 8:16:00 AM
^yuck.Thomas Jones vs. WashRudi Johnson @ Bufthey both should have bigger roles this week than the other two you mentioned.Jordan has a great matchup, but this week he will be splitting carries between Fargas and Rhodes. I'd saty way from that for a while until something pans out.
11/4/2007 9:08:09 AM
PICK 3:Stallworth vs. IndyS. Smith vs. TenEdwards vs SeaR. Williams vs DenverI am already starting Kitna at QB, so I am a little unsure of starting Williams opposite Bailey. Any advice?
11/4/2007 10:02:12 AM
11/4/2007 10:20:13 AM
Reggie Brown vs Dalj. Galloway vs AriandGore vs AtlSelvin Young vs Det
11/4/2007 10:31:06 AM
Stallworth vs. IndyEdwards vs SeaR. Williams vs DenverSmitty hasnt shown anything with Carr at the helm. Guess who's starting today? Reggie Brown vs Dal- The Eagles will have to throw to stay competitive. I like Brown for 70 yards and a score.andGore vs AtlSelvin Young vs DetSelvin Young could be good, but will Henry play? Will Selvin get as many carries as he deserves, even if Henry doesnt play? Why is Shanahan such a faggot? All of these questions make me hesitant to start him this week, especially in a game where Detroit will either be up, or milking the clock with the run. If Gore starts and the ankle wont keep him from playing. Go Gore. If not, you have no choice.
11/4/2007 10:57:43 AM
I have NE's DST but I don't have the guts to start them against Indy, so I'm starting Green Bay's DST instead. And I dropped Henry thinking he was going to be suspended only to find out after it was too late that he might play the rest of the year. Thankfully, I have Jamal Lewis (starting today), Grant from GB (my other starter), Rudi Johnson and Watson.
11/4/2007 11:33:28 AM
GORE IS INACTIVE!!!!!
11/4/2007 12:05:54 PM
Ive got 2 RB spots, 2 WR spots, and a RB/WR spotI need to pick 5 from:Reggie Brown vs. DallasLarry Fitzgerald at TampaJones-Drew at New OrleansMarion Barber at PhillyTravis Henry at DetroitChris Chambers at MinnySantonio Holmes vs BaltimoreRoddy White vs San FranRyan Grant at KCI'm completely torn over most of these
11/4/2007 12:13:48 PM
that is a tough oneIm only going to say go with chambers because SD will throw early and often. Will leave the rest up to someone else
11/4/2007 12:27:33 PM
Lendale White or Maurice Hicks (with gore inactive)? only reason I am asking is bc I have the panthers D, and I'm guessing they might load up against the run.
11/4/2007 12:35:25 PM
rudi johnson or kenny watson or ryan grant? not a ppr league[Edited on November 4, 2007 at 12:36 PM. Reason : .]
11/4/2007 12:36:01 PM
Went with Brown, Fitzgerald, Jones-Drew, Barber, and Chambers
11/4/2007 12:46:54 PM
^to be honest, that is what I was going to suggest but didnt want to give you bad advice
11/4/2007 12:51:25 PM
do you all think it's worth it to start Kenny Watson with Rudi Johnson back?
11/4/2007 12:53:37 PM

11/4/2007 1:01:18 PM
