OMG...cat food. You just missed out on an e-pic P&G deal about 6 weeks ago. We just ended up donating like 70 cans....buy 4 get s $4 catelina and the small IAMS cans were 4/$3. So every time you rolled it you made a dollar. If you ever need a specific cat food coupon out of the paper, let me know as I have no cats and could send them your way.

so what is on everybody's list for super doubles?I was hoping that Wisk would continue to be on sale for $4.99 so it would be $.99 after the $2 insert coupon but I think that sale ends todayI'm hoping to finalize my list this afternoon after the Express Lane is updated with the new prices

Where do you guys find copies of the Sunday paper? We stopped getting the paper delivered and the Starbucks by us doesn't have a bin for people to leave their papers when they're done.
6/19/2012 10:53:14 AM
I get the Sunday paper delivered and I also get my coworkers to bring their coupon inserts to meI usually end up with like 3-5 extra inserts each week
6/19/2012 11:10:48 AM
Sunday papers...my sister was very successful getting them out of the laundry room at her apt. complex. My husband used to bring home the ones they threw out at work. I sometimes go to the supermarkets after Sunday and see if they will sell them cheaper. The store by my house has given me 2 on Monday for free before.I also trade on another website pretty regularly for what I need.My top picks:Free ground pork (Smithfield) This is probably my most excited itemFree paper plate (chinet)Free Smart Balance Milk Free Smart Balance ButterCheap pork tenderloin (hormel)Cheap Cabot Cheesecheap Yokisoba Raman (my son loves to eat this with none of the flavoring)Free Aveeno Daily bathI have back ups ofCheap Yo baby yogurt (non insert)free Kens dressing (non insert)Free Kemps frozen yogurt (rc + 1.50/2 coupon)Lloyds barbeque (if I find it with the yellow mark down sticker)If I can find my b2g3 rc for smithfield bacon, I am going to get that too.Since I am having a c-section, I really am only shopping 2 cards tomorrow and leaving anything else to my husband.[Edited on June 20, 2012 at 2:30 AM. ^^^^^Actually the pork coupon was from the paper like 4-6 weeks ago, it was 2/1 and fresh pork product there was a bacon coupon next to it. Only the big HTs had the packages. I went and doubled 40 coupons before I went to the hospital. SB milk is always in a SS every 5-8 weeks. The one I used was from a May insert. I got a whole bunch of rainchecks last night. That way next SD I will get the free milk when the insert is out. That coupon has been out quite regularly for the last 18 months.I had everything cut out and when ppl visited me in the hospital I got them to coupon for me. It was awesome! I ended up with 12 packs of pork. 10 containers of milk, 9 packages of butter, and tons of yogurt, beans, and more! I also got a few of the bogo smithfield pork tenderlions with the 2/1 coupon that doubled making them 2.99 for 2 pounds. My freezer is stocked full.I got blue bunny ice cream...bogo with a 1.50/1 peelie on them. Made it less than $1 during the SD event.^Thanks for the Trix cereal info. I have a .75/1 I printed when the GM cereals were 1.88 at CVS but they didn't sell the Trix.
6/27/2012 4:11:20 PM
well thanks to you, I am overflowing with diapers LOLLuvs and the big box Pampers have "get it while it lasts" clearance tags on them at CVS but when I scanned them last night, they scanned at full price but said "clearance". Does that mean it'll go 25% off soon?

Lowes Foods will be doing Super Doubles from 7/24-7/31 and HT will be doing triples next week[Edited on July 24, 2012 at 11:35 AM. Reason : f]
7/24/2012 11:35:30 AM
Apparently the HT triples are select stores only; no idea if some of those stores are local or not, but the one on Falls of Neuse definitely isnt, since I wasted 30 minutes picking up stuff to only find out there was no deal to be had (For whatever reason the cashier thought when I said "cancel the whole order" I meant I just didnt want to use the coupons at all...Im not sure what world that makes sense in). But yeah, definitely check up front first before grabbing all of your stuff; what a joke HT is this week.
7/25/2012 8:37:02 AM
?Did she tell you it's a store-by-store thing or what?Cause I'm reading that there are no Triples at all this week. And Fhqwhgads's post indicated that it's next week, not this week.
7/25/2012 9:13:30 AM
^^Might want to reread the post above yours. HT Triples are next week.[Edited on July 25, 2012 at 9:15 AM. Reason : ^]
7/25/2012 9:14:34 AM
Yeah, all HTs are tripling next week I think. anyway here is how I did at Lowes this morning2 Lays Kettle Chips BOGO free. Used $1/2 coupon 2 Snyders of Hanovers Pretzels. BOGO free. Used $1/2 coupon6 Maruchan Yakisoba $.79 each. Used 3 $1/2 coupons1 Post Honey Bunches of Oats $2. Used $1/1 from their FB page--will only allow one print2 Dreamfields Pastas $2 each. Used 2 $1/1 coupons from http://www.dreamfieldfoods.com2 Ivory Bodywashes $1.50 each. Used 2 $1/1 coupons3 Zest bodywashes $2 each. Used 3 $1/1 couponsI also brought in two reusable shopping bags and got $.10 off my transaction.BC: $26.10AC: $.55 ($.45 of that was tax)The 3rd Yakisoba coupon I used only took $1 off but the cashier noticed and manually entered the other $1 (I dont think she was supposed to do that but hey, she did it voluntarily). So I got an overage of $1.26 on the yakisobas. Also the 2nd Ivory coupon only took $1 off but she also entered the other $1. So I had an overage of $1.00 on the ivory.
7/25/2012 9:18:28 AM
Ahhh, well, the blog I usually use said they were this week, and theyve never been wrong before...I missed the "next week" part and just assumed Fhqwhgads had read a similar blog.
7/25/2012 9:25:52 AM
I heard about the triples from Southern Savers for this week but when I checked other couponing blogs (like hotcouponworld, weusecoupons and afullcup), they all said it was a no-go for this week. People that had the ad in hand said that there were no mention of triples this week.If you are using Southern Savers, be aware that Jenny is wrong about a lot of things. She doesn't match up the coupons correctly and a lot of the time her math is way off[Edited on July 25, 2012 at 9:34 AM. Reason : f]
7/25/2012 9:29:56 AM
If you guys have the Wrigleys tearpad coupons...They are 10 for $5.The 1/2 doubles giving you overage . I honestly can't believe it. I have a few more and plan on getting milk, cheese, and produce. My mom said the skittle tearpad and the tic tac tearpad does it also.
7/26/2012 3:18:17 PM

Went to Kroger last night to do the Buy 10 Save $5 dealA small preface...My husband does a lot of shopping for his catering company at Kroger. So we get between $20 and $40 each quarter from Kroger Rewards. Kroger gives you money back on your purchases over a certain amount...I know if you have 500 points then it equals $5 in Kroger rewards. So anyway, we had a $19.00 rewards coupon to use last night. Here is what I got (prices will be listed after the $.50 per item discount (buy 10 save $5=$.50 per item)2 Ronzoni Pastas $.49 each3 Birds Eye Steamfresh $.99 each--$1/3 coupon= $.66/bag2 Huggies baby wipes $1.49-- 2 $.50/1 coupons from Sundays paper= $.49 each2 Quaker Rice Quakes $.99 each-- $1/2 ip= $.49 each1 Glade Fragrance Mist Diffuser $7.30, had Try Me Free Rebate on it3 Nature Valley Protein Bars $1.99-- 3 $.50/1 coupons, 1 $.50/1 savingstar ecoupon= $.82/box1 Fiber One Chewy Bars $1.99-- 1 $.50/1 coupon, 1 $.50/1 savingstar= $.49/box2 Glade Fragrance Mist Sprays $3.45--$3/1 IP= $.45 each3 Puperoni dog treats $1.99-- 2 $1.25/1 ip, 1 $1.50/1 ip= $1.97/3 bags1 Hefty Freezer Bag $.99-- $.55/1 IP= $.45/BC: $38.03AC: $1.00I dont know what happened...my receipt showed that I owed $.52 in tax and the cashier asked if I wanted to donate $1.00 to the Jimmy V Foundation. I said yes so she rang it up and said I only owed $1.00 for my whole transaction. I thought I would hav owed $1.52 but I think maybe I got overage on something and that the $.52 was actually a negative.Anyway so I spent $1.00...and then I got a $1 OYNO cat from Nature Valley, a $1 OYNO cat from Glade (for the mist sprays) and a $2 OYNO cat from Pupperoni. Also will be submitting my receipt for the Try Me Free Rebate on the Glade Expressions Mist Diffuser.[Edited on August 14, 2012 at 9:13 AM. Reason : f]

Super Doubles up to $2 at HT starting tomorrow
9/11/2012 8:57:40 AM
I got tired of couponing. I started dreading the task of clipping inserts. But I've started ordering coupons for stuff that I use regularly. My latest batch probably won't arrive until Thursday, but they're all for $1+ (and even some for $2!!!) so I'm totally pumped to get out to Harris Teeter.I know this question has been asked before, but I've forgotten: when does HT restock? It's Saturday, right? But around what time on Saturday? Would it be best to go early Sunday morning to get restocked items?
9/11/2012 9:13:15 AM
during coupon events, I think some stores get a truck each night. So best bet would be go late at night or early in the morning.I've had the best luck early Saturday mornings
9/11/2012 9:59:41 AM
Sweet! Thanks for the advice yo!
9/11/2012 10:18:21 AM
They appeared to be restocking at Harris Teeter about 11:30 Sunday morning. Stockers were getting all in my way.
