Drogba has also been injured off and onbut regardless of how old they are, I still think Ancelotti's in trouble

they're not bad for a team whose jersey sponsor is a tabloid
2/19/2011 12:59:49 PM
Toffees!Praise (the non-douchebag) Neville!And from a few pages before, since I haven't been here in a few days.I M MAD.
2/19/2011 1:03:42 PM
Man U did not deserve that win. Wes Brown got the luckiest goal of his career and Crawley totally outplayed MU the second half. Rooney played like he'd rather have been anywhere else but in that game. And why the hell does SAF keep Bebe or Obertan around?
2/19/2011 2:26:34 PM
umad incomingalso Bebe is awesome.
2/19/2011 2:38:21 PM
MALOUDA
2/19/2011 2:52:17 PM
Obertan has promise. Bebe does not.Me and JT were pissed Ando came off for Rooney in the second half. There's obviously the whole "this was the reserve team" argument, but United still looked bad (not as bad as the loss to West Ham, but close)Lucky to advance, but it shouldn't have been down to luck.[Edited on February 19, 2011 at 3:17 PM. Reason : and we got through so I aint the one who is mad ]
2/19/2011 3:12:12 PM
lol arsenalhaha opstand clearly hates man utd...how is heading in a goal the luckiest goal of his career? its not like it went in off the back of his head. he glanced a header home...not the first time ive seen him do that.[Edited on February 20, 2011 at 11:53 PM. Reason : f]

Hate is a strong word. I respect the club for their years of success, but for how "mighty" ManU is supposed to be (and I know they put in the scrubs), they were outplayed a lot of that game. Also you give Wes Brown that cross 5 more times and he misses them all. Come on, it's Wes Brown we are talking about...I am also aware Arsenal drew to a League 1 side over the weekend. Assuming they win the replay, the next round is Man U v. Arsenal @ Old Trafford.
2/21/2011 7:53:34 AM
Hate is definitely a strong word. You should only use it when you really mean it.That being said...I HATE Van Persie.

^^I welcome you to the EPL thread. Please feel free to contribute more. First, you must state your allegiance.
2/21/2011 10:06:51 PM
^ thanks, as for my allegiance i can't say i am a fan of a particular team. I usually root for the underdogs but since Arsenal brought in Nasri and Chamakh i've been watching more of their games. I also follow Queens Park Rangers

Sufficiently answered. Oh, one more thing. Avoid [user] [/user] at all costs.

If I am a Wolfpack and Cubs fan, which EPL team is going to be the best fit.

^^ thanks for the heads up but yeah i've been reading this thread for some time and i am aware of " "
2/21/2011 10:33:28 PM
anybody but United
2/21/2011 10:33:33 PM
^^^Ha, I'm in the same boat as you. Answers will vary depending on the user. Just check the bottom of the table for the best answer. I'm partial to teams with Americans on them, (Fulham feat. Dempsey had some NC State shit happen vs Chelsea a few days ago) especially since I've only been following the EPL for about 5 years.^Which team's fanbase most pretends like it's 20/30 years ago? Leeds=NC State?]
2/21/2011 10:34:39 PM
More like 10 years ago, but yeahhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doing_a_Leeds]
2/21/2011 10:49:39 PM
yeah, Leedsif we're sticking with Premier League teams... I'd say Everton. Haven't done shit since the 80s, still have pretty good support, in the shadow of a geographic rival Liverpool (although they'd be a good candidate if it weren't for Champions League success)
2/21/2011 11:02:54 PM
Heh, was just watching Chelsea vs. Everton replay tonight and though I know nothing about these teams Ifound myself pulling for Everton. In fact that match is what prompted me to ask this.
2/21/2011 11:09:32 PM
west ham has an american, allows you to rag on wayne bridge (since he always fucks up and ...well you know), and our coach looks like a frog monster.

HUUUUGE match with the Tangerines later on today. This is Spurs' game in hand on Citeh and 3 points would be good enough to move into 3rd. I sense a trap game in this fixture after the Milan hangover, though.[Edited on February 22, 2011 at 9:51 AM. Reason : and no VDV]
2/22/2011 9:49:25 AM
Fucking makeshift back line! I'm sick of half the team being injured all the time. Down 5 center backs and your top two playmakers in the middle makes for no goals and some bullshit defending Oh well, have them ready for Milan, Arry.
2/22/2011 3:49:06 PM
what up Blackpool

You let me know when your team gets in the top 4 again, k? You're going to need a lot of "epic fails" to even secure a Europa league spot. Heaven knows that Pool can't do it on their own.

Interesting about Ormerod, he's now scored a goal in all for league divisions, all while at Blackpool. First player in English history to do this for the same club.
2/23/2011 2:02:06 PM
That's impressive.
2/23/2011 2:27:02 PM
That's very impressive, in fact.
