Where's the hypocrisy in that? He isn't selling food stamps to fuel his addiction.
11/20/2013 5:49:41 PM
but he is using taxpayers' money to pay for his addictions, right?
11/20/2013 6:03:48 PM
At the very least Florida should stop paying him.

Yes. Those insane people believe opposing the ACA is akin to Rosa Parks....
12/1/2013 10:24:31 PM
Wouldn't that be a present participle? So we remember her for her contribution for her role in something that happened and is continuing to happen?
12/2/2013 11:50:49 AM
it's not about the quote. it's about "her role in ending racism".
12/2/2013 12:04:36 PM
yeah, isn't "ending" a present participle?
12/2/2013 12:51:13 PM
I honestly didn't see your post and was responding to the ACA claimanyways, it's a pretty great Freudian slip

Welp, website is working fine now, but the GOP platform is still broken. With Obamacare enrollment soaring, time to move on to the next set of talking points. Maybe they'll try and shut the government down over unemployment benefits!
12/11/2013 11:57:23 AM
lets talk about the ridiculous conservative backlash over the Ryan-Murray budget deal from the http://nbcpolitics.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/12/11/21863224-boehner-lashes-out-at-conservative-groups-on-budget-deal?lite
12/11/2013 12:10:21 PM
It's ridiculous because your article claims it's ridiculous? Or do you have any original contributions to add as to why conservative backlash against the proposed budget deal is ridiculous?
12/11/2013 12:37:57 PM
atleast Boehner is showing some interest, so hopefully we will get a vote. Some of these right wing groups just refuse to accept compromise. Ryan and Boehner and Co. had to know it was coming (hell, most of the groups started attacking it before it was released) so hopefully they've got some kind of plan to rally the reasonable people still left in the House. The split in the GOP is ever-widening, and budget stuff is the kinda thing that could linger around till 2014 and be used in ads, etc. It'll be about damn time for conservative voters to kick one side or the other to the curb.
12/11/2013 12:48:34 PM
See, that's the thing though. Neither side will get kicked to the curb because these people are representative of tr electorate in lots of places in this country. In te senate, the crazy is more diffuse across entire states so you only get crazy people from the legitimate retard states like Texas. In the house, there are deep red districts that will keep churning out these psychos. There will be no compromise between the establishment and the tea partiers until they inevitably split. And then America wins.

At this point they are just trolling Americans for being too dumb to know what the debt ceiling is.
12/16/2013 9:11:23 AM
What is the debt ceiling?

Since most gun-rights groups are hardcore GOPers (unfortunately), I've been very sad to see their comments on this whole duck dynasty thing. How fucking stupid can you be? To proclaim yourselves as knowing the constitution and how it applies to the people, then to even mention the first amendment in regards to Phil is beyond me. I'm sure those within these groups know how the constitution works, but their blind ideology perks up when it comes to GOP rant time.
12/20/2013 11:59:28 AM
Did we arrest or incarcerate Phil Robertson for being an ignorant piece of shit?
12/20/2013 12:29:52 PM
^most conservatives I have spoken with agree that A&E has every right to make changes on their network... this isn't the government restricting free speech.
12/20/2013 1:05:48 PM
well those in my facebook feed and other outlets have mostly mentioned the first amendment.
12/20/2013 1:06:29 PM
^^^^ I apologize if your post was self-evident, but I don't understand. What do gun-rights groups have to do with this Duck Dynasty controversy du jour? And are you making the claim the First Amendment doesn't apply to Phil Robertson?[Edited on December 20, 2013 at 1:09 PM. Once again, you are wrong.
12/20/2013 1:46:05 PM
How much do you want to bet? Because I just searched on both Fox and The Blaze and found stories that either mention it specifically or show it in embedded twitter feeds at the bottom.Do you have paypall? Want to bet $100?
12/20/2013 1:52:58 PM
lol twitter feeds. I have yet to find an opinion piece or article insinuating his first amendment rights have been violated... and I have looked for a good 5 minutes or so. and none of my facebook friend or anyone I have talked to about the issue have claimed that first amendment rights have been violated. again, you are wrong.
12/20/2013 1:57:46 PM
