is 12% considered a "very high" concentration?

No.That would be over 70% and as high as 98%.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-test_peroxide]

They called the NC Governor's race for Stein.

the reason why he lost is because he wasn't responsible enough to keep his skirt down

I knew (we all did) that Mark Robinson would get a ton of votes. It’s just how these things go. The margin Stein won by was obviously decisive. So it’s not like I was expecting a 80-20 type margin from Stein. That was never gonna happen. But I guess we have an answer to how many people are gonna blindly vote R no matter what every single time in NC races. With the caveat that the number would probably be even higher if he were white. Office consensus is that being black cost him since Trump has the same sort of history."Well how did he get Lt Gov then?""People just picked a name on the ballot. No one knows anything about Lt Gov candidates"The 2020 ballot just has:Mark Robinson (R)Yvonne Lewis Holley (D)[Edited on November 6, 2024 at 10:49 AM. Reason : ]

I could be naive. I don’t think it’s just because he’s black, although I know that is a factor. His shit seemed even more blatantly controversial and/or disqualifying than some of Trump’s stuff. No need to compare whose baggage is worse though. Also, not everybody can pull off Trump’s shtick. Trump can get away with it because he’s a “successful” businessman and has a brand that people know. Robinson doesn’t have that at all. NC also just has a history of going D for Gov and that probably played a role.

I don’t think it’s at all because he is black. Trump gets away with it because it’s always who he’s been, and he’s been in the public view since the 80’s. Robinson came out of nowhere, then said some offensive things against women (hiking up their skirts) which had him 10 pts behind Stein. Then the CNN article came out, and it made things even worse. Only the staunchest folks who just denied themselves the truth were voting for him after that. Those and straight-ticket voters. He was never going to win, he was a throwaway candidate because the NC Republicans thought they’d keep the supermajority and Stein wouldn’t matter.

no, he's a "businessman" running the country like a business to fix the economy. his schtick since the 80's is still in effect.
