Everyone I talk to about this seems to have waaaay too high of expectations.

Reality Check:
It won't be Cowher.
It's not going to be Alabama's DC, Oregon's OC, or Clemson's OC.
It won't be any NFL coaches about to get fired.
It won't be a head coach at a current top 25 school(ex: Louisville).

When it happens, it'll be a HC at a smaller school that has done well but is promising if we could get him at an affordable price and surround him with talented assistants. Not going to say Yow won't hit a homerun, after Gottfried who could, but I'm curious to see where the actual search would go.
