2/12/2007 5:55:24 PM

2/12/2007 6:25:25 PM
is there still no confirmation link?
2/12/2007 6:28:25 PM
it's been covered already, that most news sources won't use a suicide as a story.
2/12/2007 6:33:14 PM
A link to check if it's true? There are first had accounts from some of his closer friends on LJ.
2/12/2007 6:33:54 PM
As people have repeatedly said, this is absolutely true. It probably won't be in the news.
2/12/2007 6:37:35 PM
man thats a damn shame .. i feel bad for his family and friends
2/12/2007 6:46:05 PM
I met this guy last year, when I was at Wolf Village; he was meeting someone he knew from TWW, and I invited him into my room to IM the guy. (He was an Asian guy w/ long hair who said he was always posting on TWW about guns.) He was a cool, down-to-Earth guy, and I always remembered and liked him. It's a damned shame, and I hope he is either annihilated or someplace tolerable [Edited on February 12, 2007 at 7:02 PM. Reason : /]

This merits the question is man so selfish even after the end?
2/12/2007 7:14:01 PM
did he have any brothers or sisters?
2/12/2007 7:26:27 PM

2/12/2007 7:27:32 PM
I met him once. He was my ex boyfriend's friend. He offered to drive me home one night because he was sober, my ex had been drinking and couldn't drive me, and I was drunk. Thank you again, Frank! RIP

by the way...for anyone who has any doubts about Frank's death.... My boyfriend, who is in the BME (biomedical engineering program) with Frank recieved an email from the BME department mentioning Frank's death, and funeral arrangements, etc...so, it is true. I wish it wasnt though...

We use Euphemisms these days; it makes everything seem no normal and insouciant. What's worse is the people who establish them, tho. They just can't accept the reality of the situation, so they go to fantasy land much like the internet and play pretend.
2/12/2007 7:45:56 PM
Some of you people are such fucking assholes. You have no idea what it's like unless you've been there. Reaching out for help isn't as easy as you seem to think it is and no matter how well you know the person, you can't always see the signs.I didn't know him, but RIP.

Never knew the guy, but I'm so sorry to hear this. May he rest in peace.
2/12/2007 8:01:51 PM
^^Like, in oblivion, peaceful nothingness.
2/12/2007 8:03:28 PM
I know what annihilate means, but since when could it be used in that sense?I object. And I know I am right! And do you mean physically, or "soul-ly"?
2/12/2007 8:07:39 PM
^At least since 1847, when Wuthering Heights was published.
2/12/2007 8:15:19 PM

2/12/2007 10:22:05 PM
As long as we're owning up to shit, I totally got the lamest of all lame.I once wrote a poem about how I wanted to kill myself and left it up on AIM for a half a day. I actually wasn't suicidal at the time, but here's the super pathetic part...The poem rhymed.AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
2/12/2007 10:26:36 PM

2/12/2007 10:44:47 PM
i heard over the police scanner tonight when i was working (my boss is a volunteer FF) that there was a suicide attempt in Univ Woods tonight. Wonder if it had anything to do with this.
2/12/2007 11:10:32 PM
damn, someone is on top of deleting my posts, but they wont clean up the rest of this.
2/12/2007 11:11:07 PM
I was also among those who had talked to him, but never got to know him really well face to face. He seemed like a nice enough person. Resilience is a part of human nature, it's a sad and unnatural thing when someone gets to the point where there is a total absence of optimism in their life.
2/13/2007 4:05:45 PM
Not to sound insensitive, but did anyone else notice that the detective in The Technician article was named Rollin Stone...wtf? Who names their kid that?

yes, old

anyone who thinks that their life sucks so bad that it must be prematurely ended, needs to sit down and talk with a patient who is terminally ill and is struggling daily to survive.
