Aren't the majority actually scared and afraid to come out of their homes? It's the small minority that are the roving death squads.

Twista, Golovko, are you college educated? Because you aren't really sustaining much of an argument here.
1/17/2007 1:04:06 PM
but saying that the country in chaos does not mean that most of the people are causing the chaos. a relatively small number of violent people can screw up an entire country.
1/17/2007 1:04:32 PM
lets face it. The majority of you fail to see that 'freedom' and 'democracy' isn't for everyone. Yes, freedom should be for everyone. But in some countries and cultures...too much freedom will destroy it.

TypeA why dont you request the TypeA account be suspended like your State409c account since you always freak out in a fit of rage and request to be suspended since you cant control yourself
1/17/2007 1:04:58 PM
Are you college educated? Because you don't seem to be. You haven't constructed a well formed post in at least the past 40,000 of them.

SOMEONE STOP ALL THESE NEOLIBERALS THAT ARE TRYING TO END THE WAR IN IRAQ!
1/17/2007 1:06:39 PM
uh...its too late for that. If you end the war in Iraq now it will be far worse. The damage is already done and the mistake has already been made. Now its time to pay the price.I am in no means for stopping the war. I was against the War before it started but now that the government that was in place has been toppled. If the us pulls out now it will turn into another talaban and the wrong people will resume power. And then its back to the drawing board.[Edited on January 17, 2007 at 1:08 PM. Reason : fda]

I hear they're gonna have a new NBA team in Baghdad. Bush is gonna own it when he leaves office.

How trite can you get? I'm interested to see. Will you use the rubber and glue rhyme from grade school next?

no maybe i'll use the "post suspend _____" threads in multiple sectionsno, i wont use that...that is grounds for immediate suspension
1/17/2007 1:28:48 PM
Just get the fuck out of TSB and save everyone the trouble. I think it's kinda funny that every time you fuck this section up, I have to resort to making feedback threads and the one I made in here, then you go on your little rant about how I'm the one that should be suspended and play this extremely naive "but, I'm just trying to post my opinion, I don't know why you get so angry, plz stop"I've been on this board for longer than you, and assuming you are the same person behind that name, I know you aren't as fucking stupid as you come across, you're doing it on purpose. You know you aren't capable of being in threads here, but you come here an troll anyway. You're like every other lamer on this message board that never posts his pic, and just trolls trolls away (ala Bakunin, et al). It's a damn shame duke doesn't pay more attention to the details in these threads or he would see your tripe bullshit fucking them up every time.[Edited on January 17, 2007 at 1:33 PM. jwb how come you never posted about any Iraq deaths before Saddam was taken out of power? You can't really accurately compare two sides of an issue if you only have a bunch of stories for one side
1/18/2007 1:37:57 PM
im just posting the latest news from iraq my man
1/18/2007 1:45:09 PM
^^ i think you can say that in general. everyone likes to ignore the fact that Saddam had torture and death squads equivalent to what Hitler had during WWII. how many people were killed in secret by Saddam and his sons? hundreds if not thousands because of people who had free thought and questioned Saddam and his government.
1/18/2007 2:00:31 PM
1/18/2007 2:04:09 PM
the point he was making is nobody was posting news articles every day when he was in power...hence when you posted this recent story about deaths in iraq, it was evidence of a bad thing in the post-saddam era...i havent seen any stories posted about things that happened during saddam's time in power...which is why you cant compare Time A to Time B if the only information you present is Time B

You can't argue against facts. Ok, so I have sources from the far left. Please find a far right source that debunks the apparent "myth" (created by the left) that the conditions in Iraq are worse now than before.Since you seem to be blind, here are the numbers which don't have any bias
1/22/2007 11:48:58 AM
Can you please answer me this very simple question first, TypeA?How can you compare Iraq when Saddam was in power, to post-Saddam Iraq, if you don't present any pieces of information dealing with Iraq when Saddam was in power?
1/22/2007 11:51:01 AM
Even though we all agree there is no statute of limitations on murder, much less genocide, which we all know Saddam was guilty of, how far back are you willing to look to see what it was like "before" - when Saddam was in power?Yes, he killed a lot of people in the early 80s, and we did nothing, except sell him more weapons. He killed a lot of people in the early 90s, after we encouraged them to stand up to him with the promise of our help, which never arrived then after which we did nothing. As far as I've heard, since then he's "calmed down" a bit. Now again, that's no excuse for what he's done in the past, but it was apparent that he wasn't actively killing scores of citizens a day before the invasion. He might have ruled with an iron fist, but it was a fist that seemed to scare people enough so that they didn't fight and kill each other. Things weren't peachy in Iraq 5 years ago, as Michael Moore would like to imply, but they certainly weren't as bad as they are now, where something like 500,000 citizens are leaving the country every year - the largest migration in the area since Israel was formed. The false sense of urgency Bush created for invasion, and an ill-conceived and poorly thought out plan have created more instability and danger than Saddam had in many years.
1/22/2007 11:55:30 AM
It isn't up to me to provide both sides of a debate. What is the point in that? I just asked you, go find sources of your own to argue the point, or get out of the section as you aren't doing anything here otherwise.

1/22/2007 12:09:58 PM
Sure I read it, and Iraq is still worse. You're going to have to do better than this. So far, the consensus is Iraq is worse. You're apparently the only one that thinks it isn't.Also, I'll point out again what agentlion said, that gas attack on the Kurds you are apparently using as your only argument to it being worse then than now, came about because of the good ole US of A...not because Saddam just felt like randomly gassing some people.
