i cant believe people are still fighting over herb. IT'S OVERnothing can bring him back. nor should we. the idea is to come together and support ncsu this arguing with my own fans crap is getting old
11/15/2006 12:15:33 PM
If the fans in Tempe and Phoenix have their way, I might be out of here soon. I wonder if Coach Lowe needs another assistant?
11/15/2006 12:17:23 PM
Wait, someone correct me if I'm wrong:Herb Sendek (0-1)Sidney Lowe (1-0)
11/15/2006 12:32:19 PM
I have a Carnegie Mellon education and even I cannot correct that statistic.
11/15/2006 12:33:16 PM
Herb is 1-0 versus Lute Olsonthat's all that matters

1/18/2007 12:42:56 PM
herb's lightin' it up, huh.
1/18/2007 1:33:11 PM
that's pretty bad considering oregon is the conference leader
1/18/2007 1:35:04 PM
A lot of people, including the notorious ACC homer Dick Vitale, seem to think the Pac-10 is the best conference in the country. I haven't seen enough ACC ball this year living in CA to make a judgment about that though..
1/18/2007 1:36:15 PM
this is the "recruiting" threadplease talk shit about ASU's record in the Official 2006-07 Thread
1/18/2007 2:59:19 PM
^^ Right now the Pac-10 and SEC look to be the strongest conferences. SEC is the #1 conference by RPI.
1/18/2007 3:21:03 PM
While I may have led our team to an 0-9 conference record at this point in the season, I really think these kids are coming along well. And its certainly a moral victory to go 0-9 in such a great conference like the Pac-10
1/26/2007 7:18:45 PM
^thats really getting old
1/26/2007 7:29:27 PM
LOL MAN DON'T YOU WISH YOU COULD HAVE SID'S CONFERENCE RECORD!
1/28/2007 12:52:19 AM
damn i didnt realize they were doing THAT bad didnt they start like 4-2 (overall)?
1/28/2007 12:55:33 AM
this is the recruiting threadthis is not where you talk about this year's recordthis is where you talk about 4-star McD's AA Eric Boateng (former #3 center nationally) coming in. and 5-star McD's AA James Harden (#4 SG nationally) coming in. and 4-star Jamelle McMillan (#16 PG nationally) coming in.....and two other 3-stars (6'6" Rihards Kuksiks and 6'9" Kraidon Woods, who they stole from Villanova)
1/28/2007 5:37:02 PM
All of those guys are idiots for going with herbie.
1/28/2007 5:47:27 PM
just a long long 4 year career of set shots, useless passes, and robot style, no fun, pre-programmed offense
1/28/2007 6:10:14 PM
hopefully some of them are good shooterscause that's the difference this year between zero wins in conference and 6 or 7 wins
1/28/2007 7:36:16 PM
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/highschool/02/13/mcmillan.hoops/index.htmlnew article on Jamelleoh, it will be nice to have a good PG in Tempe
2/17/2007 12:30:44 PM
yeah, playing in front of the 100 fans....will be quieter than HS....poor guy, what a waste....guess his name didnt do much for him.....took him awhile to get off JV....at least it will not be much of a change for him....[Edited on February 17, 2007 at 12:59 PM. Reason : w]

this thread is idiotic
2/17/2007 4:23:55 PM
Herb just got his 2nd verbal for the class of '08 yesterdayJohnny Coy from Missouri. 6'7" SF, averaged 26ppg as a junior. offers from Creighton, Mizzou, Washington St. and Wisconsin.add him to 6'8"/225 Taylor Rhode and Herb is puting together a pretty good '08 class
3/15/2007 7:19:55 AM
but the question is, can he dribble around at half court and launch 35 foot threes?
3/15/2007 7:52:27 AM
if not, they're FUCKED!!!oh wait, I know that Jamelle McMillan and James Harden can shoot....so they'll actually be just fine
3/15/2007 7:54:07 AM

3/15/2007 7:56:27 AM
just signed Ty Abbott for the 2007-08 class. 6'4" shooting guardoriginally committed to New Mexico, but got out of his LOI when they fired their head coachit was between ASU and Washington...chose the Devilshttp://scout.scout.com/a.z?s=128&p=8&c=1&nid=2619726this class is set (unless Joey Shaw comes in from Indiana):Boateng (McD AA, 5* C)Harden (McD AA, 5* SG)McMillan (4* PG)Abbott (3* SG)Kuksiks (3* SG)Woods (3* PF)[Edited on April 25, 2007 at 2:38 PM.
