HAHAHA so stretching really is a good thing?every morning when i get up, i take a broom and hold it in front of me using both hands then... fuck, thats hard to explain. oh well. plus i sit there and grab my feet/touch my toes. i "stretch" when i wake up, after work, and before bed - only those 2 ways though. but it makes the sore areas feel so gooooood

stretching is a great thing to do. it trains your muscles to know their limitations of movement, and as a result you are less likely to be injured in the event of an accident. it's better to stretch after exercise than it is before so that you're not stretching a cold muscle though.

oh, i never exercise. im just doing it to minimize the amount of ibuprofen i take. for whatever reason, i only need to take about half my normal dose (normal dose: 800mg / 3x a day) if i keep up with my stretching. sobriety fucking hurts some days]
