upon clicking the request/claim ticket link and then the eku link, i am told that i already have a ticket for this event

i know last time i was able to go through to my ticket several times

Ok I have a question. I know they said they were having trouble scanning tickets last game. But were they having trouble scanning the code on the ticket or the large cord? If so, do we need to print out both because last time my ticket was the only thing that got printed.

ok, let me vent for a second on this

I wanted that, and then realized that wristbands would be even easier (and a promotional item that we could have sponsored)

I wanted for section 7 & 8 peopel to get wristbands when they walked into the gates...

but I was turned down by athletics on this, because they only see the problems before as slow gates, and this would slow things down (I don't agree w/ teh way I was planning it)

but now there's nothing to stop what happened before in section 7 & 8 besides more event one staff in the sections, no cops at the top that say no to reentries, and something marking the difference between section 6 & 7.

I'm a little flustered, and I am back and forth on what I want to happen this game

If it all works out anyway, great....if it doesn't, I'm worried about the impression (and harm) it may have on our parents...and I don't want to be able to say "I told you so"

I just hope people respect their section numbers...realize that you don't have to be in 7 & 8 to be w/ your friends...it's fucking ridiculous to fuck others over just to seemingly get a good seat

btw, the best seats that students get are no where near 7 & 8

^^ yeah, I had the same idea but for some reason they don't like it. People are going to get into another section if they want to no matter what. So unless they go through and physically check each person's ticket in the stands, nothing is going to stop that.

i don't think the EKU game will have as many problems with seating simply b/c of the lower hype than VT. BUT I would like to see some effort of behalf of athletics (not you lahyde, but the people who have the final say) to deter changing sections, especially photoshopping tix. damn people need to understand that if you get shitty seats its too damn bad, if ur away from your friends its too damn bad, better luck next time.
