most back exercises work the biceps as well, such as rowing and chin movements. if you have any energy left over to work biceps afterwards, you didn't hit the back worth shit.

I do front and middle deltoids on my chest/triceps day when I'm cutting. When I'm bulking, shoulders and arms get their own day together.my training regiment is very odd.

you work your biceps in with your back, not afterwards. You'd see a lot better results if you dropped all that curling bullshit and started your workout with the deadlift and other heavy compound movements.

hell i dont really know. i just do:monday-bicepstuesday-tricepswedn-back or chestthursday-back or chest.if i can get to the gym on the weekends (usually i do) then ill work my legs, but i run every day so that i guess is my leg workout. but the workouts arent only biceps, the machines to other parts also. ive been doing this for quite a while now and it seems to work pretty well.i just need to keep up with my weights, i dont take a notebook, ive been meaning to. but im open to other styles of lifting. i use to do back and biceps and chest and triceps alternating days. but i ended up in the gym for near 2 hours. i just spend no more than an hour in there and get 15 mins (or 1.5-2.0 miles, whichever comes first) running. then like 5-6 different machines/workouts. then i GTFO
