Yep, your files will still be with us.

Also, domains are safe for about 90 days after they expire, so people cant snipe them.

I have been trying to contact Marsh for a good solid week now, sent numerous emails and tech support requests; all of which seem to be ignored.

I have had no response from him or his service on two domains. He has charged me and I have paid and I still have nothing. One domain and hosting was paid over two months ago and still no service. This is not the way to do business and makes all parties look bad.

I am trying to have him contact me so that he can free up my domains (that are all in his company's name) so that I can leave his service and start using something reliable.

If any of you are able to contact him please let him know this is here and that his email inbox should be waiting for his attention.

Good thing I backed up the site earlier today, ftp login is still slow as hell, can't get a responce to emails, can't log in to billing/support on the site, can't get add-on domains configured like it should, etc.
