Terrible. I'm not sure what else he could have done to check off all the boxes for rape. He filmed it, bragged about it, and called it rape himself. At least it got overturned and now he will be tried as an adult. I wonder if the judge was pressured any or just a terrible person.

Yes, any person in authority whose words and decisions determine the fate of another human, such as cops and judges.

If any of them says you were not robbed when you were clearly robbed, I hope they get robbed.

NOTE: I only wish that in cases where what they say/decide is actually used as a basis for not punishing those who commit said crime or not even arresting them in the first place. That's the only way to change the minds of such evil people. When the same shit happens to them in the same circumstances, I would like to see them deny that it was rape. Would they?
