as far as hosting, which was a problem with a canadian guy on their team last time, i think we should just follow the MLG rules:
The higher ranked team at match time will host the first map. The higher ranked team is the team ranked closer to “1” on the ladder. If there is a tie in rank (i.e. both are unranked), the Team ID closest to 0 will host first. The lower ranked team at match time will host the second map. This will alternate for each map until/if a tie breaker map is needed. If a tie breaker map is needed, the lower ranked team will host the final map.

The team that is not hosting will pick which side to play on.

A "Lag Test" must be completed prior to starting the match. This is a test round that does not count and uses the standard game settings that will be used during the match. For the lag test, a map that is not scheduled for play must be used. If the game lags during this test, a new host must be chosen. If both teams cannot find or agree upon an acceptable host, the match needs to be removed.

so i'm thinking maybe we should look and see which side on search and destroy has an advantage. you switch every round but first to 4 wins it, so it may be worth starting on a particular side on that match...

Fuck you. I actually played pretty well considering my normal gameplay. While I was last in kills each match, I was no lower than 4th, and came in 3rd on the team twice in points each match because of dom captures and kc tag pick ups. So kill count didn't matter in these losses. I also had the lowest number of deaths each match so I didn't give up that many points either. Sic(Fry) even came in last one round.

Wheres the reddit thread where everyone was talking shit on this team. They were serious dickbags about hosting.

Been playing a lot of kill confirmed.

It seems the advanced playlists favor SMGs

Ticks me off that everything does more damage but the sniper rifles.

I'm getting picked off by the spray and pray method of shooting with a fuckin mp5 but if i speed up and hit someone in the legs with a .50 cal.. they live... HOW IS THAT LEGIT? I have a .50 and if i hit someone in the leg with it... they wouldn't have a leg anymore..., with major arterial bleeding.

Haha it was definitely not Pikey's fault. We all played relatively well, the problem was that we have jobs, wives/girlfriends and personality. If we can just get rid of those bad habits before the next tournament, we would have a good shot.

^^^that's why i prefer the larger maps and try to keep my distance.

i love being able to target someone at distance and place a few well aimed AR rounds into them while they desperately try to run or spray at me.

Game Battles is a organized system of competitive game play. People that play in it are more accustomed to the style of MLG fast paced tactical type stuff.

but honestly, i don't see too many people using the T95 anymore. As posted above, a lot of SMG usage overall and the ACR is probably the most used AR.

i need to find away to rid myself of the occasional 10-18 game. it seems like if I play 10 matches 8 of them will be +K-D and 2 of them will be complete garbage time rapings. in those games i feel like i need to keep rushing back into action after dying to make up for it but it just leads to more stupid deaths. by the time i tell myself to slow down and camp for a bit the damage is already done.

i think it's what is keeping my K-D from increasing faster.

I decided to throw in BLOPS this weekend and it is amazing how different it feels from MW3. Besides all the mechanics, the maps are a campers dream compared to MW3. Maybe it was just my brief experience playing it again but it seemed like every game I played people were just camping all over the place.
