I will not be a happy camper if I lose with Run DMC on the bench.

I am getting sick of having to add up the score myself b/c ESPN is Yahoo-ing the scoring of SD-NE up. Crayton has 81 receiving yards already and Branch has 39 yet both are showing up as scoreless.

Right now I have to make up 20 points with Roy Williams and Felix Jones, so I'm going to be pissed if I lose with McFadden sitting on the bench.

Left DMC on the bench but have a 44.5 point lead. My opponent has Adrian Peterson @GB, Miles Austin vs Giants, Bradshaw @ Cowboys. I think Crayton and Branch have 10.5 points yet to post, so hopefully 55 points is enough. I'd have an ~80 point lead if I had put McFadden in though.

Wow, had a pretty solid week, as in the 2nd most points in my league with Greg Jennings and Randy Moss to play. Unfortunately I ran into the ass kicking of the week by Roddy White, Carson Palmer, Michael Turner and Darren McFadden.

I benched McFadden for Deangelo Williams. 43 points to 4 points. FML.

Luckily Kenny Britt got me 40 points so I'm up by 30, he's got Aaron Rodgers left and our defenses play each other (Min and GB).

Should have played Gates...I'm down huge, but I've still got 5 guys going tonight and tomorrow. Chris Johnson has been inconsistent for me all year. I can't complain, because he's my highest scoring player.

In my other league...I'm down 40 and have Nicks going tomorrow. Ouch.

Good lord in one of my leagues I am staring another loss and a 0-7 record. I've never finished worse than .500 ever in a fantasy league. I have had over 900 pts scored against me and no one else in the league is even at 725 pts against them. The high score for the week has been played against me 6 out of 7 weeks.

Is the Bills WR S.Johnson for real? Dude has scored 5 TDs in his last 4 games. I got waiver claims on him in two leagues.

Alright, trade got proposed to me, I don't really know if I should take it or not. I don't think it's bad, but I have no real reason to accept it either.

I give: Chad Ochocinco

I get: Ricky Williams and Robert Meachem

My other WRs (start 3) are Andre Johnson, Braylon Edwards, Davone Bess, and Devin Hester (probably cut now that my byes are done)

My other RBs (start 2) are Cedric Benson, Cadillac, Pierre Thomas, Fred Jackson, and Darren Sproles (also probably cut now)

I just don't know that I'd start either of the guys that I'd be getting unless somebody's injured, and 85 starts for me every week right now. any thoughts?

^^ I would certainly take a flyer on Steve Johnson; he seems to be Fitzpatrick's go to guy and sense Fitzpatrick has started for Buffalo the Bills are averaging 352.25 yards per game as well as 26 points per game. With the defense there in complete disarray they will seemingly always be in shootouts

^ No way in hell I'd take that trade, you aren't gaining anything at all while losing the best player in the trade

I wouldnt make the trade either. It doenst do anything for you. Ricky Williams is good for about 4 points a week and should ever start for you. Meachem is so unpredictable you cant confidently throw him in your lineup either.

i had him starting in one of my leagues, then 30min. before kickoff, benched him in favor of Hines Ward because of the report about Britt not starting due to the brawl. i see a pattern in this... like Arian Foster not starting earlier this season and had a record day.

i almost lost this week to some dude who had DMC & Moreno, I still won by 1 point

in my work league, some guy had Britt starting and had 2 players on BYE and 2 empty spots on his roster and still beat his opponent. he was 0-6, now he'll be 1-6, lol.

From ESPN:
Reggie Bush (leg) has been cleared to play Sunday against Pittsburgh, according to the New Orleans Times-Picayune. Bush said he is close to 100 percent, but has yet to test the leg in a live practice situation.

Had Romo at QB, no backup on my bench at the moment...what option for a pick up should I take?

1) Kitna (Veteran [albeit an unspectacular one], good receiving corps, but looked rusty at times last night)

2) Freeman (Has put up solid, but non-flashy numbers so far...on the verge of a breakout?)

3) Fitzpatrick (Great numbers so far, but I feel like the mediocrity of Buffalo's offense will soon catch up to him)

4) Chad Henne (So long as the run game isn't stealing the show, he's put up decent numbers, but is mistake-prone)

5) Mark Sanchez (Decent start to the season, but has had sub-par games the last two outings)

There's a possibility I could make a trade for Eli Manning soon, but I'm thinking of holding off on that one for a week since I play his owner this week, and would rather not unnecessarily strengthen them.

^ Matt Cassell has a good matchup next week as well if he is available. He wont score alot but he has been scoring consistently with very few mistakes.

The 5 listed are the top available on our waiver wire, so the ones listed are the entirety of my choices, outside of a trade.

I'd pick Fitzpatrick out of those 5. I'd rank them in this order, and only for the short-term:
1. Fitzpatrick - they have to pass because they're often down and he has played well.
2. Kitna - He has the ability, last night he was a little rusty but still found the endzone. Ton of weapons at his disposal.
3. Freeman - Sometimes has to throw often when down and also gets some nice rushing yards. Usually takes care of the football. I have him in my 2 QB league and he's been great so far.
4. Sanchez - Can have big weeks, can have low weeks, depends on how they want to score. One week they score 3 rushing TDs, next week Sanchez gets a couple of short passing TDs to Keller or LT.
5. Henne - B. Marshall made me want to rank him higher, but this team is built for low scoring affairs with a strong defense, decent running game, and primed to kick a lot of FGs.

I'd go with Fitzpatrick too, but wouldn't be surprised if Kitna put up decent numbers. Coming into the game last night, NYG had one of the best pass D's in the NFL

3-4 in both leagues. Damn.

Pick 2 WRs (3rd is Austin...he's a lock):
Driver, Mike Wallace, Lance Moore, Kenny Britt

And 1 RB:
Reggie Bush (probably too soon to start him, although he is cleared to play), Lynch, Felix Jones

And in second league pick 1 for my RB/WR spot:
Lynch, Mike Williams, or Amendola (you do get points for returns)
leaning towards Mike Williams...

Gotta go Mike Wallace and Britt. Would've said Moore but they are playing against Pitt and Bush is probably going to be back.

Would take Felix Jones due to matchup and the probability that Garrett will pull back the reins on his passing game since Romo is out.

Which Mike Williams are you talking about, but would probably pick either over the other options.

Blair white, while interesting because he plays for the Colts, is a #4 WR as long as Gonzo is healthy, which new reports confirm that he is.

If there was any Colt I would go after, it would be Donald Brown. B/C of the bye week, the Colts RB issues have been under the radar. Addai could be in trouble with this shoulder injury.

Looking for some thoughts on this trade:

I get:
Michael Turner

Give:
Greg Jennings

Other receivers are Randy Moss, Reggie Wayne, Hines Ward. Running backs are Torain, Steven Jackson, and Jahvid Best.

Just trying to make sure that I should I take this trade, and that I'm not overlooking something

^ I'd definitely do it considering your WR depth and the need for another must start RB on your team. I'm surprised the guy is not asking for one of your lesser RBs along with Jennings.

Trade offer:

I give Mendenhall, I get Roflcopter.

Current RB's are Jones-Drew, Benson, McFadden, Mendenhall, and Woodhead.
Current QB's are Matt Ryan and Jay Cutler.

I'm a little reluctant because we're currently tied for 3rd and he's pretty weak at RB, so I don't want to make his team any stronger.

What say you?

While I like Daniels, I'd probably lean towards Visanthe just because if Favre doesn't play, backup QBs usually like to use their tight end safety valve a little more often
