WCCB 18 is losing their affiliation with Fox in June. You can already see the changes.. Fox news at 10 renamed WCCB News, Rising rebranded to WCCB Rising, etc.

Having grown up just north of Charlotte, I'm kinda surprised that I've only recently gotten to appreciate the city. I've actually spent more time down there than anywhere else lately, and I'm really not a city person. Maybe I'm just desperate to get out.

Anyway, I doubt I'll hear much of anything, but if anyone has any leads on jobs for a biologist/zoologist, let me know.

I actually agree with banning them on some streets during rush hour. I have had to deal with the same kind of crap pretty often on Tryon St and South Blvd. Even when the people on bikes aren't breaking traffic laws (which a lot of them are), they still turn rush hour traffic into a complete nightmare.

If I still lived back home or in Raleigh, I would know some places to go to. I, however, just recently moved to the Charlotte area and have no clue of anything around here, so I was just hoping that someone might know of someone that is reliable. I may end up checking into Angies list though, so thank you for that. I'm just noticing there are actually a couple different roofing places in my area, so I may call them all and have them come give me a free estimate.

was recently taken to "Beef and Bottle" and must say the food was absolutely delicious. Quite pricy though. I had 3 beers, my wife had a glass of wine, i got the ribeye steak dinner and she got like a 6 oz filet dinner and it was ~$130 after tip.
