Ran 4 miles at 5:30 this morning at the gym, then did 200 crunches, 200 bicycles, 200 pushups. Went back to the gym at 6:30pm and got on the elliptical for 45 minutes. I will be a size 4 again if it kills me.

I want to get back in shape so I can do some mountain biking, kayaking and running agin. Haven't done that stuff since my ACL surgery two years ago and I think my knee's are in good condition again to start.

^5 Yep, I'm doing weight training too - it was just a cardio day. I'm also staying mostly away from carbs and refined sugars, making sure to have little snacks so I don't overeat, and drinking water like it's going out of style.

elliptical for almost an hour. Feel surprisingly well. Switching to a lower resistance and incline for the first time in a while and I like it a lot better then jacking it up like I've been doing for the past year or so. Whodathunk.
