The Big Vandy signature "All Sammy's Everything" diet.

^ If Sammy's were to ever give a signature sandwich to a former player then it'd have to be TBDV. They could call it "The Big Dandy Vegemite".

I just realized that the Corchiani Jr. HighlIghts from the previous page were from his sophomore year, so he's probably improved since then.
5/5/2014 1:07:14 PM
that was his junior year, but he reclassified when he went to Ravenscroft and played two more

^^ Haha what? So its pretty well known he steered Randle away from State after he became unhappy (aka TJ taking his playing time and starting spot), rumored he texted Graham not to go to State and is now this 'vague' stuff. Every person that has ever transferred from State I've wished the best, but I really hope he falls on his face at UConn.[Edited on May 6, 2014 at 10:08 AM. Reason : TBDV]
5/6/2014 10:08:18 AM
Yeah I fucking hate Purvis. He has sabotaged us more than once and I will be glad when his career is over. The sooner the better, as far as I'm concerned.
5/6/2014 10:18:19 AM
Purvis is boys with practically every big recruit out of this area. Why would anyone be surprised he talks to these guys?
5/6/2014 10:56:46 AM
Shut up UConn dickwad. You can "talk" to recruits without shitting on your former school (which he's obviously doing).Bottom line is that we gave him the opportunity to play and shine at NC State and he dropped the ball. He couldn't handle the back-up PG spot and a better player (Warren) started taking his minutes at the 2 and 3 spots. He transferred and now he's being a bitter bitch about it. I hope he completely fucks up UConn's team in the next couple years. Fuck that little bitch and fuck you for taking up for him because's a faggot husky.[Edited on May 6, 2014 at 11:01 AM. Reason : .]
5/6/2014 11:01:01 AM
Seriously, fuck him. Did he tell those recruits not to come here, or did his mom write them a letter?[Edited on May 6, 2014 at 11:02 AM. Reason : butt hurt little bitch]
5/6/2014 11:02:31 AM
Here comes big, bad jbrick83 getting his f-bombs out of his system
5/6/2014 11:03:02 AM
I'm not taking up for him.I hope he barely plays. Unless he improved a lot he isn't starting caliber at that school. I'm just not bitter. I took no pleasure in seeing Harrow fail and he went and played for my least favorite program in the country.
5/6/2014 11:04:55 AM
^^ You know it.^ Harrow didn't try to sabotage our recruiting like Purvis.
5/6/2014 11:06:44 AM
And lest we not forget how much support and resources we provided when he was having eligibility issues thanks to his unaccredited High School. I'm pretty bitter when it comes to Purvis too. I don't want his career to end, but it would grate my nerves to see him become a star.
5/6/2014 11:10:53 AM
5/6/2014 11:12:58 AM
That's kinda harsh, he's a kid. But yeah, it does seem that he's not shy about showing his bitterness towards NCSU.
5/6/2014 11:30:40 AM
[Edited on May 6, 2014 at 11:36 AM. Reason : Fuck Purvis]
5/6/2014 11:36:42 AM
Yeah for real, he might not even have the opportunity to be playing college ball if not for the effort that our staff put in to get him eligible. He was given ample opportunity to showcase his abilities here and earn more playing time. Instead, he didn't deliver. So then because we didn't continue to play him 20+ MPG or hand over PG duties ahead of Zo & Lewis, he decides to transfer (fine) and sabotage our recruiting efforts with every kid he has any relationship with (not at all fine).I wish Lewis well. It screws us over that we'll be thin at PG, especially after missing on Graham, but at least he had the decency to give his best effort every game. Seems to me like he had a pretty good idea that he'd be gone after the season early on, yet he still brought it every game and tried to get us the W. I respect that.
5/6/2014 11:42:14 AM
I have no problem with Lewis. Agree completely with ^ post.
5/6/2014 12:01:20 PM
Purvis thread? I'll pass
5/6/2014 12:13:45 PM
Yep! It sucks to see guys transfer, especially valuable guys to the program, but we all know that kids change their minds or do what they feel is right for them. It hurts, but most rational people dont fault the kids and wish them well where they end up. However, if you start trying to sabotage other peoples recruitment or bad mouth a school just because you didnt live up to your hype then you deserve all the hate you get. Things didnt work out, you move on to a new school and leave it at that.
5/6/2014 12:15:08 PM
No problem with harrow.Purvis might as well be Donald sterling
5/6/2014 1:03:59 PM
Agree with all of you. Decisions are made and if you don't like where you are, transfer. But go quietly or at least with positive praise for the school, not badmouthing us and tarnishing our program with future recruits. F off Purvis.
5/6/2014 1:22:44 PM
I dont blame him for the Randle decision. He was our in on that so whatever. Plus we weren't beating UK on him anyway. But this shit where he's calling up guys who would be on our team years after he left is bitch made. Just like his life.

5/8/2014 9:12:09 AM
I honestly wouldn't be surprised at all if Corchiani turned into Lewis 2.0. Physical limitations, but smart and can distribute the ball (minus the little bitch attitude).
5/8/2014 10:19:49 AM
5/8/2014 10:26:22 AM
I'd be extremely surprised if that happens (Lewis was an All-American, was Virginia player of the year, and lead Oak Hill in a 44-0 season). And he didn't have a "little bitch attitude". But he's not on the team anymore.[Edited on May 8, 2014 at 10:45 AM. Reason : ]
5/8/2014 10:43:08 AM
^Exactly, Lewis was McDonald's All-American and a 4* player with plenty of offers. Corch Jr. has small college offers. He's not going to just channel his dad on the court and be a miracle worker for us.If Corch Jr. ends up playing in anything short of mop-up duty we're going to either be in serious trouble with injuries or he's going to be a complete Steph Curry level diamond in the rough.
5/8/2014 10:50:35 AM
I'll wait and reserve judgement until I have a reason to dislike him.
5/8/2014 10:59:11 AM
You can like the kid and still predict that he's not going to come in and be "lewis 2.0", or hardly even contribute in any games... I mean, it's possible that he may turn into a solid back-up as an upperclassmen, but at this point, that's wishful thinking. And that's nothing against the guy, I think it's awesome that he's choosing to walk-on here instead of taking a scholarship at a smaller school.
5/8/2014 11:06:38 AM
Even if he was a diamond in the rough we would never know because gott won't play a walk on. See jevoni
5/8/2014 11:10:20 AM
No coach will play a walk-on until they prove in practice that they're better than a scholarship player. That's not just Gott.
5/8/2014 11:11:33 AM
All we need is Gugliotta Jr. to come here and then the two of them can get ejected together by Hess when Gott clears the bench at the end of games
5/8/2014 11:33:40 AM
No coach will should play a walk-on until they prove in practice that they're better than a scholarship player.
