My team has 38 points currently...Gotskowski is the only player remaining to play for me. Two players have laid goose eggs, my highest scorer is 9. I hope Gostkowski misses several FGs and XPs just for the hell of it.

Fiance was offered this trade:She gives:Antonio GatesCedric BensonShe gets:Mike TolbertAJ GreenHer other RBs are Sproles, and McGahee. Her other WRs are Jennings, Maclin, DeSean Jackson, Miles Austin, and Laurent Robinson (play 2 RB, 3 WR, no flex)I am leaning towards telling her to do it given Benson's schedule (Ravens x 2 and 1 more matchup with Steelers), but I told her she needs to unload Desean for whatever RB she can nab if she accepts. With that being said, is it a good trade for her?
11/14/2011 12:12:17 PM
Who's her backup tight end? AJ Green's injury might play into that trade.
11/14/2011 1:22:57 PM
yeah i'd be pretty hesitant about that with the knee injury, not to mention gates seems to be pretty healthy. unless she has someone like jimmy graham or gronkowski as a TE, i don't think i would make that trade.
11/14/2011 1:47:47 PM
unless its a keeper league I wouldnt do that trade. Her WRs are solid enough as it is and Benson isnt good enough to trade away Gates
11/14/2011 1:56:43 PM
Prior to this week...Average score in my league - 104 points. Average score against me 124.Team this week already has 114 against me - with Jennings and Finley left to play...looks like the score against me average is about to creep on up...
11/14/2011 3:12:39 PM
I've been offered a trade for Bradshaw and BoweI would get MJD and D. Branch or B. Lloyd.Bradshaw is hurt and I'm not sold on Bowe's value for the rest of the season. My other WRs are VJax, AJ Green, and M. Colston. My other RBs are P.Thomas, C. Benson, BGE, and M. Turner[Edited on November 14, 2011 at 3:53 PM. Reason : .]
11/14/2011 3:52:12 PM
take MJD and lloydand do it fast b4 the guy realizes that Cassell is going to likely be out for the season, which means Bowe will basically be too
11/14/2011 3:55:32 PM
With Schaub out, do I pick up Tebow or Flacco?also do I drop Schaub or just keep him on the bench?[Edited on November 14, 2011 at 4:52 PM. Reason : f]
11/14/2011 4:52:31 PM
tebow
11/14/2011 6:01:20 PM
^^He's done for the season. Why keep him?http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/7235059/source-matt-schaub-houston-texans-season-lisfranc-injury
11/14/2011 6:40:46 PM
cassel and schaub hit the IR today along with hankerson
11/14/2011 7:04:15 PM
knowshon moreno is out for the year but he isn't really a factor unless he is taking up a spot on your bench
11/14/2011 7:20:46 PM
at that point i didnt know he was out for the season.Tebow or Flacco?im guessing Flacco?
11/14/2011 7:27:40 PM
since you ignored the tebow answer you got, you clearly want someone to say flacco
11/14/2011 8:01:50 PM
Flacco and Tebow will get you about the same points every week.Tebow will you get you "some" passing numbers, mostly rushing.Flacco has the potential to get you great passing numbers, but he is average at best.both will get you 10-15 points a week, so you are good either way you go.it really depends on your points system of your league.[Edited on November 14, 2011 at 8:28 PM. 11/14/2011 8:27:34 PM
tebow is playing the jets thursday...i wouldn't be shocked if he has 0 pass attempts
11/14/2011 8:38:19 PM
Dropping Heyward-Bey, help me set my waiver order...(currently rolling with Rice at WR2 so I could use an upgrade)Laurent Robinson (Was) Tough D this week against the pass, I'm assuming Austin is still outDenarius Moore (Min) Can I really trust any Oakland receiverEric Decker (NYG) Will Tebow even attempt a pass against the Jets
11/15/2011 12:52:50 PM
wow your league is horrible
11/15/2011 3:02:30 PM
I'm a Schaub & Tebow owner. I'm fucked at QB this week. There is NOBODY on waivers in our league. Seriously, Alex Smith is it. Not a bad matchup, but 15 points a week at QB ain't cutting it. And I'd rather start anybody than Tebow against the Jets this week.Looks like I need to make another trade. What should I expect to give for a Mark Sanchez or Carson Palmer? I'm offering Tolbert for each. Each owner has Matt Ryan & Cam respectively, so it's not like they're losing much.
11/15/2011 3:09:25 PM
id keep tolbert and pick up smith for 1 week.
11/15/2011 3:27:35 PM
Pick up Vince Young
11/15/2011 3:34:38 PM
^^^^ 10 team league with a short bench. It keeps the waiver wire interesting and adds a little parity to the league.^^ Yea neither of those guys will do much better than Smith or Young (if Vick is out). Hang onto Tolbert[Edited on November 15, 2011 at 3:55 PM. Reason : .]
11/15/2011 3:53:48 PM
Trade offer:I give Mark Ingram for Vernon DavisMy current TE is Owen Daniels, my other RBs are Ray Rice, Fred Jackson, Frank Gore, and Marshawn Lynch.Available TEs include Celek, Chandler, Dickson, and Gresham.
11/15/2011 7:44:57 PM
Not sure how much of an upgrade Davis is over Daniels, but with three top 10 RBs already in your stable, you can afford to role the dice
11/15/2011 7:57:39 PM
That's what I was thinking.Daniels is on bye this week and Schaub may be out for the year so I thought of Davis as insurance for the rest of the year.
11/15/2011 7:59:12 PM
Im pretty screwed this week if my waiver requests dont go through. Didnt really set myself up well this week with byes.Im 7-3 in my league though with 1-3rd place all at 8-2...kind of need this week. ha
11/15/2011 8:41:52 PM
Yea, I'd take davis for ingram, worth the dice roll with those rb'sI have big ben and phil - ok with either starting the rest of the year (week 12 on). I also have greene on the bench. Guy in my league needs a qb, and with greene, he said he'd deal bradshaw (after I shot for run dmc).My goal is to get a top receiver with bradshaw, fred jackson, or mathews with my wr core getting butt hurt (bowe, andre, and miles).Make a move?
11/16/2011 8:38:38 AM
I would do it. Bradshaw is a huge upgrade from Greene, and you wont be getting points from Ben or PR at the same time. Try to dump PR. He is having a pretty subpar year.Potential trade:I give:BradyDeAngelo WilliamsI get:Ray RiceDeion BranchCarson PalmerThe other team had Schuab and is desperately in need of a new QB.
11/16/2011 10:04:27 AM
rice does have a nice schedule the rest of the year, but I'm not sure rice is worth giving up brady. Branch can't be counted on week to week, and this deal only makes sense if you are really hurting at RB.Pick 2:Ray Rice vs BengalsMichael Turner vs TitansDemarco Murray vs RedskinsTitans and Redskins are horrible against the run, but it is hard to sit Rice
11/16/2011 10:53:16 AM
Yeah it's hard to sit Rice. I would go Rice and Turner with Felix Jones possibly returning this week. What defense this week? Jets have a quick turnaround. Jets vs. Tebow's BroncosorGiants vs. possible Vickless Eagles
11/16/2011 1:55:03 PM
^ DeMarco is averaging 150/game... Felix will only be getting 5-10 (which were going to Tanner anyways) Plus with that Washington run D, I'm not sure how you sit DeMarco. /homer
11/16/2011 2:32:58 PM
^^^ can't you start all three??? [Edited on November 16, 2011 at 2:36 PM. Reason : ^]
11/16/2011 2:35:57 PM
I'd play Jets D. Originally thought perhaps go with Giants, but since Philly will be playing inspired and LeSean McCoy will probably be the focal point, I think that'll be a high scoring affair. That said, the Jets will limit Tebow's big play ability, and the score will probably something like 14-10. Plus, since they lost to the Pats in such a huge fashion, they'll be hungry for a big day. I go with the Jets.I'm in a WR crunch.Pick One:Laurent Robinson (Dal) @ WashPlaxico Burress (NYJ) @ DenDenarius Moore (Oak) @ Min
11/16/2011 2:49:27 PM
actually contrary to what most people might think, jets are only 17th(ish) against the run. plus they are coming off an emotional loss on a short week, and traveling to mile high to play thursday. add the fact that sanchez is playing terrible and LT is out and i can completely see time of possession being dominated by the broncos. personally i have to play either carson vs minn or tebow vs nyj and right now i think ill be rolling with tebow
11/16/2011 3:00:34 PM
^^I think I'm probably leaning Plaxico on that one due to his red-zone targets.Pick 1 of these WRs: (0.5 PPR, .05 points/return yards)Devin Hester (vs SD)Mike Williams (@GB)Michael Crabtree (vs ARI)I'm not a huge fan of Hester, but because of the points for return yards I figure he could be a decent play.[Edited on November 16, 2011 at 4:10 PM. Carson Palmer vs MinnorMark Sanchez vs DenHester is your best option.[Edited on November 16, 2011 at 5:55 PM. Reason : ya]

^^ Williams^ Palmer
11/16/2011 6:24:32 PM
In quite the pickle.... can't make up my mindPick 2:Demarco Murray v WashingtonFred Jackson v MiamiMichael Turner v Tennessee
11/17/2011 8:18:08 AM
^ That's a hell of a pickle to be in.I'd take Murray and Turner. Could you flex FJax?Flex spot, pick one:Mo Morris or Manningham?
11/17/2011 12:44:18 PM
^manninghamI had Schaub and he is out for the yearIN A TRADEI GIVE the Law Firm I GET Mike Vickmake the trade?my RBs are tolbert, beanie wells, reggie bush, and lance ballim thin at RB but my QB is Flacco...should I make the trade?[Edited on November 17, 2011 at 5:01 PM. Reason : g]
11/17/2011 5:00:02 PM
I would. Vick is a big upgrade over flacco.Brees or Cam the rest of the year? I'm still getting this request for a trade. I feel like Brees is more consistent, but Cam's ceiling is slightly higher.
11/17/2011 5:36:33 PM
Id say Brees. Hes a top 3 QB this year consistently every week almost.Cam has great games then he has ehhh games.
11/17/2011 5:38:20 PM
Pick one: Tebow (vs. Jets) or Bradford (vs. Seahawks)???Pick one (PPR): DJ Ware (vs. Eagles), Lance Ball (vs. Jets) or Vincent Brown (vs. Bears)??
11/17/2011 5:51:24 PM
^ first of all check the waivers in your league...unless you are in a 16 team league or have players on bye weeks there has got to be some better optionsI would go with Bradford at QB and Ball in the flex which is going to be a bit of a gamble because McGahee is reported to be the starter tonight but it could pay off if McGahee has to go out early and Ball is going to probaly get some touches anyways ...I am actually going to play both McGahee and Ball to hedge my bets[Edited on November 17, 2011 at 6:10 PM. 11/17/2011 6:07:29 PM
starting ball tonight at RB #3 over battle. hope that doesnt backfire this week will prob make or break me for the playoffs.
11/17/2011 7:03:05 PM
risk starting mcgahee? i have daniel thomas and djax on the bench
11/17/2011 7:57:07 PM
id start djax. The jets have a really good run defense and i dont like starting guys who might put up like 5 carries 17 yards before they limp off the field.
11/17/2011 8:07:24 PM
