hahaha did anyone watch that episode that showed the origins of Oliver Queen as the Green Arrow? He was stranded on a desert island for 2 years and apparently built his own bow and arrow (having no prior experience) and taught himself how to shoot it like Robin Hood. It's great how, having been on the island for 2 years, he didn't even have a five o clock shadow.

Yeah that episode was horrible. When he was training with the bow/arrow, I knew they were going to do that cliche "Robin Hood" shot of him splitting an arrow with another one.

its cwtv.com and yes they put all of their shows up online, just not immediately. It's usually about 3-4 days after it airs. last week's episode is available.

when they first announced he was, i was pretty upset (thinking he was going to be meteor-infected or something) but this episode has really turned it around for me. the last couple episodes have felt pretty epic in regards to the overall mythos.

i'm excited to see where it goes when he finally starts sprouting bone.

Yeah I know Mercy is Lex's assistant and ex gf of Green Arrow (forgot real name, not looking it up), but she seems so random and her character is not coming around as to her purpose.

After reading over the "Doomsday" history, I feel the show is trying to incorporate the story/mythos better with the show. My only worry is that how is Clark suppose to really fight Doomsday? I am excited about the where the movie is going, but at same time...it just seems way to pre-mature to bring him in without "Superman."

Her purpose is to replace Lex's character, since the actor portraying him left the show. She's supposed to be the one now that's trying to find out Clark's secret and will do anything to anyone to succeed. The whole "looking for Lex" thing is just used to tie her into the show. Personally I think her character is pointless and only serves to divert our attention from the season's main storylines (Chloe, Chloe and Jimmy, Lois and Clark, Doomsday). When Lex left there was no need to replace him with a female equivalent.

heh. check the top of page 44, I said almost the exact same thing 6 months ago.

I am much happier with how they are handling Doomsday though. This last episode helped a bunch, but yeah, I'm still not going to be happy with anything less than a full episode dedicated to a full out CGI-filled brawl, and I'm not sure this show has the scope or the budget to pull it off.

This season is getting progressively better I think. Considering they planned to take creative liberties with the Superman mythos from the beginning, it now seems the show is finally building to a conclusion consistent with that premise. At the same time though, it seems they could've cut out about the last 3 seasons and just ended with this one. If this season continues on the pace it has set, I'm predicting a great series finale.

OK...that big build up for very little annoyed me. Couple issues about the episode....

Clark keeps that kryptonite in the desk in barn???? REALLY???

What took Green Arrow (Can't remember name) so long to come into the barn...he had to have heard the stomping to the barn and the destruction going on...Probably could not have helped too much, but seriously it took that long to get there.

Doomsday in love? I hope it not love but need to complete his anger/psyche or something.

I am not really looking for more seasons, this needs to be the end. Too much melo-drama and not enough action/strong story line development.

finally got around to watching this episode

doomsday looked kind of goofy, but i will just attribute it to the budget of a cw show

this season has been worlds beyond the previous two or three. i hope i'm not in the minority on this

lana is supposed to be guest starring for 3 or 4 more episodes throughout the season, and that text message (i really hate how much tv shows have embraced text messaging) she got seemed to indicate she's a bad guy. i can definitely see her and chloe both being killed off this season.

i see chloe dying by saving jimmy with her healing tears.
