altogether about 30 minutes of knee exercises. Haven't done much of anything else exercise-wise since hurting my knee. And funnily enough I've lost 10lbs during that time (probably all muscle ) Should be in top form again soon though

Oh wow. I did some pushups, but I didn't count. Then I improvised, curled my desktop a couple times. Finished it all off with a nice chocolate+purple drink protein shake. I'm definitely feelin the burn from all that.

lol, yeah most people I know that did it in training don't want to do it in normal life, but since I love huntin and stuff, I figure I'll just keep it up. besides, I keep it like (about 45-55lbs) and its great cardio. the other stuff is what I use the gym for. as an added bonus, there's some girls that usually see me rollin thru, and they like to holler at me, which is always fun lol. Or they might be laughing at my green shorts, brown shirt, hat, and ruck, who knows. I just throw some RATM on the mp3 player and just go. been doin it for so long it just doesn't suck as bad as it used to.

So my gym membership ran out at the beginning of the month...but I'm going to Europe on Sept 1st...so I decided I'm just going to do some basic stuff for the month. Well I got a new roommate that just moved in (used to be an offensive lineman at a Div 1-AA school) and he brought pull-up/dip/ab apparatus to put underneath our house (on stilts, so its open to the weather).I'm sore as hell after doing two days of nothing but pull-ups (palms out and palms facing backwards), dips, pushups, and leg raises for the abs. And I honestly didn't do a crazy number of sets, but I did a lot (say 8 sets of each, 10+ reps for the pull ups, 40+ reps of pushups, 20+ reps for dips, and 20+ reps for the abs). But it was easily 95+ outside.I'm definitely feeling this going on for the next month.

Do you have room for muscle ups?How about some pistols, hand stand push ups and burpees? Do you have a way to add weight? Dumbell, back pack w/ books, some one pulling down on your feet?You could make a slosh pipe!!!You could do some sand bag work.
