I have no real explanation other than that's what all my feels tell me.

1. Multiple people have said he's been around the program this year, of course not in an official capacity or around the coaches.

2. Rumors about him coming back to State started 2 weeks before he was even released from Tulane...much like the Purvis to UCONN situation.

3. I've read somewhere that he is interested in coming back home so that his family could see him play.

4. He looked ecstatic to be here his freshman year. He transferred simply because he knew he wasn't going to see the floor as much as he wanted, and he was right. There was no bad blood or unhappiness.

5. My feels.


I have no citations for any of this, and I'm not going to search from them. I'm not claiming I actually know anything. This is the internet, and sometimes people are wrong believe it or not.

Davis is visiting NCSU today. I think he has some interest. That discredited quote apparently came from a Pitt student's tweet.

It's 2013 not 2009. Davis is 6'8" 220. He IS a power forward. How else do you think he led the nation in offensive rebounds?

Interesting that all the "insiders" that were saying "Davis to NC State is a done deal", are now all back-pedaling hard. All are saying it's not a done deal and some complications have arisen.

I think David loves NC State, so I am wondering if there aren't issues with him successfully transferring in.

Yeah I always take the "insider" info I read with a grain of salt, but the way the info leaked before it was ever announced(much like Purvis) I thought maybe it had some truth.

Glad we're getting the first visit though, but I don't think it's an open-and-shut case like many speculated when it was first announced.

New Atrium's nice as shit, new Talley is gonna be nice as shit and the new shit on Centennial is gonna be nice as shit. New recruits will soon have tons of shit to choose from. It would actually be kinda nice to have many food options on campus. When I was in school it sucked hard. Lil Dinos was a joke. Curly fries were seriously bad.
