I'm running 2 miles now in just over 16 minutes. Sure, that's not phenomenal, but when I started working out hardcore 2 months ago I was finishing 2 miles in over 20 minutes.

^^ my current goal is 15 minutes for 2 miles. I am not, nor will I EVER be a runner. But all my runner friends give me shit for that being slow. That being said, it is on a tredmill. So I don't think that a 30 minute cross country run around Lake Johnson is too terrible, especially if you aren't a runner.[Edited on July 15, 2008 at 10:55 PM. Reason : s]
