If they all leave you've got to think Brown and Leslie are both front runners for 1st team ACC and potential ACC POY candidates. With Howell as a potential 2nd or 3rd teamer.[Edited on March 28, 2012 at 3:05 PM. Reason : Assuming leslie stays of course.]

http://www.mynbadraft.com/2012-NBA-Mock-Draftthis has McAdoo at 7th (ahead of Henson and both Zellers) and CJL at 31st to the Bobcats!
3/28/2012 3:06:25 PM
the insiders on IC are predicting that all 4 leaveone guy wrote "man, we're gonna be Duke next year" and someone else wrote "yeah, Duke football." I lol'd. meltdown incoming.
3/28/2012 3:06:37 PM
LOLs
3/28/2012 3:09:20 PM
yeah if you're macadoo, the only thing you can really do is hurt your stock going forward. If they think you're a top 10 pic already how much value does it add to be a top 5 pic versus how much you lose if you come back and lose 10 spots.
3/28/2012 4:05:46 PM
I think I might get drunk in celebration if they all leave. That would be outstanding.

If he can go that high, then no doubt he should leave. But they also have Cody Zeller going before Tyler, which is just absurd.
3/28/2012 4:11:02 PM
^I don't think so
3/28/2012 4:12:32 PM
No it's not. From all the games I saw, Cody seemed that he could easily be better than Tyler, especially considering he was just a freshman
3/28/2012 4:12:44 PM
3/28/2012 4:13:09 PM
cody doesn't flail his body all over the place looking for a call. he stays on his feet and plays defense. I think the NBA likes cody's style
3/28/2012 4:45:52 PM
he has way more talent than Tyler
3/28/2012 4:55:09 PM
Its funny that they have McAdoo so high, considering he got absolutely abused by CJL when they went head to head in the ACC tournament game. I'd take CJL any day over him...[Edited on March 28, 2012 at 5:03 PM. Reason : Championship, tournament....you get the idea.]
3/28/2012 4:58:30 PM
leslie in the acc championship game?
3/28/2012 5:01:35 PM
Fixed it.I'd even go as far to say CJL would take Robinson from UK. When left 1 on 1, CJL was basically unstoppable in the last 8 to 9 games of the season. Foul trouble and refs excluded..
3/28/2012 5:07:00 PM
perhaps leslie is always in foul trouble b/c he can't hold his own defensively?just a thought.
3/28/2012 5:08:31 PM
no way manhaven't you realized that our players never earn their fouls?it's all the refs/Swafford[Edited on March 28, 2012 at 5:19 PM. Reason : tinfoil hatz]
3/28/2012 5:12:01 PM
The majority of fouls are not a result of a defensive inability.
3/28/2012 5:55:21 PM
what are they a result of then?
3/28/2012 6:09:29 PM
Howell gives away a lot of stupid fouls but the other guys are relatively sound
3/28/2012 6:18:12 PM
wood was giving a lot of stupid hand fouls after his ankle sprain, got better as the season went along and his ankle healed
3/28/2012 6:20:26 PM
stupid reaching fouls are what happens when you get beat on your feet. they're very much a result of poor defense.
3/28/2012 6:21:18 PM
Or when you go for a steal. Bumps, wrap-ups, hold-ups, and interfering with the shooter (hand on the arm/hand/shove) are fouls that are a result of a inability to defend or from poor positioning (foot speed etc) or from not taking the charge correctly.
3/28/2012 6:34:59 PM
not gonna lie, I totally let out a "WHAA?!" at the defensive inability post
3/28/2012 6:36:05 PM
^^ so i'm still unclear about the majority of leslie's fouls that don't originate in bad defense. please explain.
3/28/2012 6:39:57 PM
AHAHAH...this one is good...tweet from kendall marshall

well, you can find me over at IC for the next few hours
3/29/2012 3:19:25 PM
Wow, McAdoo will probably go now too. If he's already projected as a top 10 pick, there is literally no upside to coming back to a team that will probably struggle next year.

http://mbd.scout.com/mb.aspx?s=78&f=1410&t=8858793&p=1I love how all those fucks are hating on Tyler Lewis. Will be funny to see how the tune changes when the kid is actually playing ball against them.I know he didn't look all that great last night, but it's not like they were 1)playing team ball 2)playing any kind of defense
3/29/2012 3:45:46 PM
someone needs to post the "BYE" wave picture.
3/29/2012 3:50:05 PM
I'm gonna enjoy browsing tonight.^^ to be fair, they heard the same thing about Harrow and the outrage State fans had when Marshall was rated higher. They probably have a deserved skepticism.[Edited on March 29, 2012 at 3:51 PM. Reason : ^]
3/29/2012 3:50:49 PM
no they just hatin' because he's a short white kid. there are a couple of UNC fans on there warning them that he's far better than he "appears".[Edited on March 29, 2012 at 4:03 PM. Reason : .]
3/29/2012 4:03:19 PM
i mean, Lewis didn't have an amazing game last night, so it's to be expected from a rival school... heck, if the shoe were on the other foot after last night's game i'd be second-guessing lewis as well. just natural thing for rivals to do when discussing recruits. but it does remind me of their talk regarding TA McLendon - "too slow, didn't play against real competition, not the kind of RB Bunting wants, we're better off with (whoever the hell they had who sucked back then), etc etc"
3/29/2012 4:03:31 PM
The sad thing is, it's not like they'll have a bad lineup next year. They won't be as big but they'll have plenty of talent and depth in the back court. If McAdoo does come back, it's easily a top 20 roster. Now whether they will actually play that well is up in the air, but most teams would still kill for their roster.
3/29/2012 4:25:42 PM
i'm just glad those two 7-foot assholes are gone
3/29/2012 4:27:41 PM
If Macadoo leaves, their frontcourt will be awfully thin. If he comes back, then they can be top 15 if their guards play up to their potential. I mean...they'll have Bullock, Strickland, MacDonald, and Hairston at both the guard spots with PLENTY of experience. Those are McDAA and top 50 guys. Add Paige (McDaa) and Tokoto, another top 50/60 guy...and that's talent 95% of the country's teams would kill for.But it's down low where they will struggle. Macadoo comes back...they are fine and will fight for an ACC title. He leaves...and they will be a middle of the road ACC team. They could overachieve and fight for the top, or underachieve and miss the tourney.Roy will definitely have his job cut out for him next year.Oh...and this:

I'm blasting all my Facebook friends today. Love this. This is getting them pretty angry...
3/29/2012 4:35:49 PM
Bet they push hard for Oriakhi now..
3/29/2012 4:36:10 PM
i wonder if this influences any of the undeclared top reruits who aren't currently listing unc to reconsider them?
3/29/2012 4:43:15 PM

I'm just hoping Shabazz doesn't give a verbal to UNC tomorrow (I know they're not currently on his list, but this might cause some people to rethink their lists/decisions)
3/29/2012 5:38:29 PM
I doubt it I mean who didnt expect at the very least Henson and Barnes to leave and I was about 95% sure on Marshall. McAdoo was the only one that was kinda iffy in my mind.
