Does anyone have one of those pull-up bars that wedge in a door frame? I would like to get one but I would rather come up with something else if it's going to damage the door frame. Any specific model recommendations or other ideas?

well, just joined a gym and today was the first day to work out or whatever. it was a cardio day or whatever its called. anyway, I swam laps for an hour, damn near collapsed when I got out the pool. I ain't doin that again, gonna break it up in 15 min segments next time. plus my ears kinda hurt right now.

I'm officially allowed to lift weights again! I'm supposed to start with machines first, then progress to barbell exercises, and in a few more weeks I'll be ok to go back to using dumbbells. It'll be a while before I can do big lifts like deads and cleans though.I'm giving very serious consideration to joining a boxing gym if I can find anybody who is willing to join with me.
