^yes it is, you fuck. that's a major development for her character. why would you put it on this page as well, after all that silly, ridiculous debate on the previous page? use your common sense, dickhead.
5/2/2012 11:32:55 AM
Specter: No reason to get all worked up. I just said, in the post 1 above yours, that I would minimize discussions relating differences or extra details from book to the show unless a viewer-only asked (which has happened multiple times in this thread). It's not a big deal. No reason to more vehemently restate what you just posted prior to my response.
5/2/2012 11:51:21 AM
Alright man, I apologize. You think it's a spoiler and I don't. I won't repost it again and I'm sorry I can't edit it out.

Version 2.
5/2/2012 12:28:05 PM
This thread is for the TV show only. There should never be a need for a spoiler tag since you can't have seen future episodes. And frankly I would appreciate it if you didn't say things like, "Oh well the book did it this way and I liked it better." Some of us may want to read the book afterwards and you're spoiling that for us too.The producers have already said that this is an "adaptation" not a recreation of the book series.
5/2/2012 12:44:14 PM
^^^^i assume if someone asks a book question, you will have learned your lesson and answer them by PM?
5/2/2012 1:08:46 PM
Depends on what it is. I've answered lots of questions in here without people complaining before and I have also answered questions posted here via PM or simply by posting a link if I thought it was too spoilery to post here.I'll just attempt to be even more cautious than I was on the first 38 pages without much complaint.[Edited on May 2, 2012 at 1:15 PM. sure, though it was originally speculation. I'm not the one that spoiled that which I won't repeat. :p
5/2/2012 1:15:20 PM
Just for the record Arya has already killed someone. So her killing someone in the future on its own isn't a big character development. Knowing who she does or doesn't kill however is significant and should be left out of the thread.
5/2/2012 1:55:47 PM
Arya killing someone in the future is a spoiler. This show/series loves to kill off people with out a moments notice. Saying in future books a character is still alive is a spoiler.

I’ve tried to remain patient with CalledToArms constant spoilers, but at this point I’d just rather see him quit posting. He consistently mentions little teasers or details from the book that someone who watched the show alone wouldn’t be privy to. At first I thought they were innocent mistakes, since they probably crept into his subconscious as he watched the show, but recently, its as if he’s gone of his way to spoil key plot points for others, almost as if he takes pleasure in depriving folks of the opportunity to experience these key moments for themselves first hand. Ideally, he’d be terminated, but I’ll settle for a lengthy suspension.

you still haven't explained your weird antagonizing of me dzags
5/2/2012 2:47:43 PM
I'm really looking forward to next week's episode. It looks like we will be getting a significant does of action. Can't wait to see Stannis' siege on King's Landing and if the wildfire stuff is going to work. I kinda hope what Bronn suggested happens; one solider knocks over a pot and the whole city goes up. We should also get a little Jon Snow action with that covert party they are taking to investigate the wildlings.

For anyone who hasn't read the Harry Potter books yet, Snape kills Dumbledore in the 6th book.
5/2/2012 4:03:43 PM
I get the point of not spoiling a 15 year old book in this thread because that particular book is the source material for this show. It's not the same as spoiling harry potter or titanic.

First of all. Thank you to the users who voiced their frustration with the spoiler that was posted on this page. It has been erased and the user violating the non-spoiler rules in this thread has been suspended. I've posted numerous times regarding spoilers between the book and the show. But in the recent weeks i've started to read the books and am close to getting ahead of the show in terms of storyline. Thus I have stayed away from this thread as not to have had anything spoiled myself from the show. If anything like this happens again let myself, spookyjon, and qntmfred know and one of us will take care of it. and againThis thread is for discussions of events as pertaining to Game of Thrones the HBO Series. Any discussion of story lines or characters from latter books in the series that could be perceived as spoilers are off limits and are grounds for suspension.
5/3/2012 8:36:27 AM
Feel free to message me with any spoiler details as I've read all the books and am thus way cooler than Jeepin4x4.
5/3/2012 9:36:41 AM
lol at flyingtiger getting suspended.I'm curious... would someone mind posting in the ASOIAF thread or PMing what he posted about to warrant such swift action?

^ I would definitely read them if you enjoy the show. You could do it multiple ways - read the book before the season, or watch the show then read the book after to get a better understanding. Personally I would read before the show (which is what I did).
5/3/2012 12:59:09 PM
^^Worth reading? Surely you jest with such minimal requirements.

i need to see the progress of victories Robb has had, how did he get so far west and lannister get so close to winterfell...are they both purposely going around the other like it's capture the flag?
5/3/2012 7:24:11 PM
^ Winterfell is way up there. Off the map. And the wall is even farther off the map. He's not really close to Winterfell at all.
5/3/2012 7:58:15 PM
still...it seems like Robb is headed way around Tywin if his target is King's Landing
