Yesterday 300 legups 300 crunches up the middle 300 to each side (yes 1200 ab movements) 2 hours of chest work out @ the gym.Today 100 legups 100 crunches up the middle 100 to each side thus far.

Good luck with the shoulder... i'm back to being strong enough to where i have to worry about mine again I rolled it out of socket a couple times in HS doing flat bench & decline.
