Wow, this is a long thread. I read the first 3/4 page so I might be off now but here is my opinion.

By posting an image of yourself online you pretty much lose all control over that image because anyone else can access it and save it. Even though technically the person who creates the image still retains the copyright (unless he/she waives it), you give permission to the creators of this site to do whatever they want with that image (or other content).

Now regarding libel:

They way I feel is that the word 'slut' is an opinion word. I can call you an asshole and not be charged with libel because it is an opinion, and I feel that this word is the same way. I don't know how it would be in the dictionary however.
