It’s not fancy and nobody think it is. The song has the line “fancy like Applebee’s” but it’s about how the singer’s lover in the song doesn’t desire fancy things and is satisfied with a “fancy” date night at somewhere as simple as Applebee’s. It’s a bad song but I think the premise I kinda clear.

Shitty KO coverage. Awful play call costs us at least 3. Missed FG. Wrong decision to decline a penalty. Dropped passes.

Basically everything went wrong. Fair to say we’ve been out coached. But also just haven’t capitalized vs a bad P5 team.

Seems like we are really getting away from the run. I know it hasn’t been super successful. But it’s not like we’ve been down multiple possessions all half and needed to air it out a ton. 10 run plays (not counting a Leary scramble) and 22 passes (not counting Person’s INT).

I’m not a Xs and Os guy but I’m thinking we were running a lot of screens early on to try to spread the D out and open up the run? Since the second drive it seems like we’re basically passing every down. And doing a lot of short, quick passes. Leary has the arm, I’d like to see us stretch the field a little more than we have. He made a great pass along the sideline to Emezie early in the game (before the INT). And another pass to Emezie that he didn’t catch on that last drive looked like a good pass.
