So redact the personal information.

Do I really have to point out the ramifications of posting someone's personal information to a public forum?

Posting goatse is obscene and gross, but posting this kind of shit is dangerous. I'm baffled as to why it's still up.

The attic is part of the house with a large bedroom right over the master bedroom and a full sized bath. I'm not sure if that was original to the plan and if the previous owners finished it themselves between '91 and '93, but its fully cooled and heated since we've moved in.

Sorry, I was busy with my first proof of concept Led flood lamp; its a 9x9x3" light panel with 420 LED's that's about ~3000 lumens and uses less than 40w of power with a dimmer switch on the back. It's not pretty, but its more a less to figure out the chassis and basic wiring. I'm going to build a simple 8 AA battery tray for it so I can use it as a mobile light panel tomorrow.

Lots of "connections" going.

All I'm picturing is mass emails, business card collections, and annoying the fuck out of people on the plane when they are trying to catch a few zzzzzs. But more power to you. Your story reads like an incredibly poor man's version of entourage...ie...d-list celebrities, no money, and no fucking.

Business cards? please, we all have smart phones now days. Way easier to transfer contact information electronically.

I do feel a bit like Turtle... A poor man does not host two cocktail parties and pick up a $600 bar tab or get a $300 hotel suite in Waikiki on the beach.

If I didn't have responsibilities like car payments, mortgage payments, child care expenses, or pretty much everything most normal adults pay for, I too could pick up a $600 bar tab or get a $300 hotel room.

sounds like someone is bitter about their life...

I pay my own car insurance, health coverage, but I don't pay mortgage or childcare and I do barter and trade with people daily to keep my living costs even further down. In the last three years, I have shown with my life that its easy for someone to go out there in the world and live way below poverty and still live relatively comfortable, eat great/healthy food and still have fun, provided you have barter or trade skills. We all don't need to be office monkeys to pay bills.

Haha bitter? You are fucking broke, homeless, jobless, and alone. How I envy you...

And people working regular jobs to pay their way through life doesn't make them 'office monkeys', it makes them fucking adults.

Broke? How am I broke? Do you see my bank accounts? Just because I'm a very froogle person and barter a lot, doesn't mean I don't have money. I have money in the bank, CD accounts, no debt, and plenty of assets. I had a normal office job and I saved a lot of it, then I coasted; barely spending a dime.

Homeless? You make me laugh. I don't want a home, its such an old school American dream. Does one still need a home to be socially accepted in society as being successful?

How am I jobless? I have 2 people on my payroll already. I have pay jobs all lined up for me till the end of this year with more jobs next year; plenty of opportunities.

Alone? Well, can't argue on that one, but at least I'm working on securing my financial future before deciding to settle down with a family, instead of paying child care for a broken family. And with anything, I think we can all agree that I'm not a normal person.

1. frugal
2. Even if you are just trying to defend yourself, your posts still qualify as bragging--like a pathological amount of it.

It's nauseating, and you gotta give it a rest.

I didn't bump this, someone asked and I replied in detail.

If people want to follow this, then they can, if you don't want to read it, then don't. I'm not forcing anyone here to read my posts, but do expect if you ask a question, you will get a detailed, laid out plan of an answer. If you think I'm bragging when I'm just listing things, then sorry. I'm just giving detail information like a scribe in a meeting, minute by minute. I'm blunt and straight forward.

yes! homeless people aren't successful and neither are people living with their damn parents!
i've also been to your house and 3200sqft is spot on. a 4000sqft house wouldnt even fit on the lot with wake county setback ordinances

You never went inside it... There's a third floor that's not being accessed in the total accounting of square footage. Come over again and see for yourself.

Also, you do know that in Italy and Japan, its socially accepted for people to still live with their parents even after marriage. And I've only been back in Raleigh for only two months, one of which I was away out West...

The only reasons it's acceptable there is because is because the cost of living is astronomical (japan, anyway)

You do realize the world we live can be generalized in three basic shapes: cubes, spheres and cylinders.

90% of the non-organic human habitat is mostly constructed as a hexahedron or cuboid structure. Our rooms are cubes, beds are cubes, offices are cubes, hell even our computer monitors and laptops are just a form of cuboid's. Don't kid yourself, our world is surrounded and we live in a large cuboid environment.

dawg, you aren't in italy, or japan, or even manhattan or san fran. you are in the cheap south, where living with your parents is a sign of parent sponsored welfare and under/non employment and/or laziness. you might feel resourceful, but no one sees it that way.

Do I care what you think? Nope. I pretty sure we already established that I'm not normal and my family doesn't follow the same trend as Americans.

My parents are my best friends. Sorry you don't have such a good relationship with your parents that I do.

So because I chose to become independent and take care of myself instead of leeching off my parents until I was 26+, I don't have a good relationship with my parents? Fuck you and your pathetic existence.
