anyone pick up on the fact he kept wagering like 147 or something with a 4 or seven and his total at the end was 44147, or something along those lines

It was coincidence if that did happen as his strategy is purely mathematical.

really, you build and program something that sophisticated and there is no room for some kinda crazy hidden code, explains some of the odd wagers
