This kinda goes back to what I was saying about the difference between intelligence and being smart. Being "smart" is significantly more difficult than being intelligent. Even idiot savants can be extremely proficient in one facet, eclipsing even the smartest of people, hence being smart is more of a balance across all spectrum's of intellect and far more rare. Intelligence is straight potential, being smart are all of your potentials in action.

Being "Smart" is essentially the combination of several different types of intellectual awareness, not simply one type. For example, Leonardo DaVinci is a perfect example of an extremely smart man. He was a jack-of-all-trades who was proficient in art, math, physics, medicine, astronomy, etc....

So, when talking about how smart you are, think about how clever you are in any situation, how you think on your feet, the wisdom you have gained through experience, your emotional awareness, your social awareness, and anything else that separates you from the pack; because that is what being smart really means.
