This blue dress is one that I still have, that my uncle bought for me. As the first grandkid on both sides, I was spoiled fucking rotten. The man in this picture is my grandfather. This was 5?? Whitaker Mill Rd. Apparently, some people in Raleigh called it the Cinderella House - it was next to Hayes Barton Baptist Church in Five Points. I have so, so many memories there (like easter egg hunts, hide and seek, and so many christmases). The church tore it down for some parking spaces

I do believe this was an Easter picture, actually - all of them
