That's ridiculously untrue, misleading, and just weak. Joe dropped out the first week of January this year. Sarah Palin got 73.6 % of the votes when she ran for Mayor of Wasilla. lol. That's under 8K people.

When Biden dropped, it was after he placed fifth in the Iowa caucuses, garnering slightly less than one percent of the state delegates and withdrew his candidacy that evening. Depsite that, he still got around 79,000 votes during the primaries after he dropped out.

To use that as a talking point is semantics and misleading horseshit.
