the RLA seem to indicate that unit is either a 1.5 ton or 2 ton unit. Based on the age, I'd guess it's a 1.5 ton unit.

So I ended up moving out of that house a while ago and getting my own apt. My electric bill has never been over $40.

You are right, E, it is a 2 ton unit. I looked at the wrong number. 2 ton is about right for 1200.

$527.56 for mid-June through mid-July. There are six people in this house. Holy shit.

mine was 72 and i'm in a one bedroom. i was pretty pleased cause last summers bill was 82 for the same period and my apt has a large glass window/sliding door which faces the hottest 8 hours of daylight a day[Edited on July 23, 2009 at 1:28 AM. Reason : .]

holy crap on some of the monthly bills that have been posted on here. i think the most we (former/current roommates) and i ever had was ~160 i think. and that's between either 3 or 4 people depending on the year. i would have been livid with anything much higher. thermostat hovers 70-72, and the electronics in every one of those apartments... well we were/are nerds.
