just watched 'it might get loud'i thought it might make me like the edge, since he's all 'SONIC ARCHITECT GUITAR EFFECTS MASTER.'it did not.while he was fiddling with delay on a beach, jack white was bleeding all over his guitar during 'blue veins'he also managed to fuck up 'in my time of dying' during a jam, and make it sound like a u2 song.

Netflix streaming is awesome as hell, it's worth it just for the documentaries My wife and I have watched King of Kong, This Film is Not Yet Rated, and Capturing the Friedmans in the last few days. All of them were pretty good but I liked King of Kong the best of the threeI think I'm going to start working through the Errol Morris catalog now

"Seven Wonders of the Industrial World"I'm still watching this documentary miniseries, but so far it is fantastic! What I love most about it is each documentary is reenacted by actors who talk to you and others around them. It really makes you feel as if you are actually there while these amazing feats of engineering are being constructed. Currently, it is available to watch instantly on Netflix.

I don't know if it's been mentioned, but Kicking It is a pretty good documentary about teams of homeless men fro different countries who meet up in South Africa to compete in the 4th annual Homeless World Cup. If you like soccer, you'll probably like it.http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1157668/

I just watched Running The Sahara last night and really enjoyed it. It's, aptly enough, about three guys who run the entire length of the Sahara, starting at the Atlantic Ocean in Senegal and ending at the Red Sea.

Just watched Waking Sleeping Beauty.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waking_Sleeping_BeautyIts about Disney Animated movies from the early 80s when animation was basically dead to the reemergence in the late 80s/early 90s with The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Lion King etc.It talked about some of the differences Roy Disney, Michael Eisner, and Jeffery Katzenberg had with each other.Since I was a very little kid during the time of most of this I thought it was interesting to see how close some of these were to not even being made at all.Highly recommended.

Visual Acoustics is back on instant watch. I'd recommend it for anyone who is interested in modern architecture and photography. It focuses on Julius Schulman and how his photographs have made a lot of the modern houses we know famous.
