Or they could just leave him in the bunker and then in a later episode have them being pursued by the same guy who just broke free and wants his coltan back. The writing is actually pretty decent. I just wish that John and Sarah Connor weren't included, they're the biggest problem the show has.
2/6/2008 3:35:44 PM
yea i'm starting to enjoy this show more and more... glad i kept watching after the first episode hah.
2/6/2008 4:07:26 PM
they say this will be the best episode of the season
2/11/2008 1:28:47 AM
I kind of wanted to see the mother and the robot make out just then.
2/11/2008 9:44:22 PM
gosh i love this show. lost in 80times better but damn this is the only other watchable show on tv.i love the cameron dialog. they need to put more and more in. and oh shit the fbi man is thinking "maybe that robot story is true after all"
2/12/2008 1:44:16 AM
yup he just found that hand.
2/12/2008 7:46:50 AM
Im so pissed, my DVR just decided to stop recording Terminator for no reason. I was expecting it to record so I was just going to watch it later and skip the commercials. Does it repeat at all or can I watch them online anywhere? sorry if it has been posted
2/12/2008 7:57:32 AM
I'm pretty sure you can stream them from the Fox website. And Summer Glau does a pretty good job of acting like a robot.
2/12/2008 9:49:15 AM
^ yeah you can, thanks. I will have to catch up later this week.
2/12/2008 10:42:21 AM
I'm fairly certain that Summer Glau cannot play a normal human being.
2/12/2008 9:01:17 PM
The new Cromartie played two different parts on Deadwood. He's really good at playing creepy people.I assume that they took the other terminator with them after Cameron deactivated him. I'm curious as to how thats going to play out. I wouldn't mind seeing him reprogrammed and kicking some ass.
2/12/2008 10:59:09 PM
I thought they left him in the street or was that just a hand?
2/12/2008 11:16:21 PM
^^ in reality you'd figure it would be a great way to just come out to the world. go on tv with this huge terminator and just be like "hey, if you keep making smarter and smarter computers this is whats gonna happen, 4 billion people are gonna die and these guys are gonna kick the rest of our asses"
2/12/2008 11:35:00 PM
^nope. can easily say that its fake or staged.
2/12/2008 11:42:19 PM
^^^ That was just the hand that got knocked off during the fight on the truck.
2/13/2008 12:00:34 AM
ah. seems unbelievably careless of them not to go back for that. a left over hand played a big part in t2.GG on new cromartie. He is awesome[Edited on February 13, 2008 at 12:04 AM. Reason : sdf]
2/13/2008 12:04:14 AM
One thing i don't like is the gun Sarah used to kill the T8 in the bank gets destroyed when they go into the future, but the head of the T8 makes it throw with the skin blown off.also how does the body just get dumped in a scrap yard. In T1 they left a hand and judgment day came sooner and then you had T2. this time they left a whole body.
2/13/2008 1:09:52 PM
Canceled.
2/14/2008 1:44:53 PM
^ Link plz
2/14/2008 1:49:13 PM
^^ journeyman taking it's spot? lol
2/14/2008 3:07:20 PM
Quality episode. I'm curious as to what's in the future for Cameron. Surprised that we didn't see Ellison or Cromartie. In the basement were they torturing the guys to find out where the base was? I wasn't quite clear on that.
2/18/2008 10:03:54 PM
So I was under the impression that nuclear explosions leave behind tons of radiation... how are they able to walk around on the surface without any kind of protective suits? This obviously goes for all the Terminator series and stuff.
2/18/2008 10:08:32 PM
Hiroshima and Nagasaki have been habitated since they were nuked. Radiation isn't all that bad except for immediately after detonation.Correct me if I'm wrong.
2/18/2008 10:13:55 PM
more sarah connor in a short skirt
2/18/2008 10:35:37 PM
also there are radiation pills you can takecameron is evil. penelope is a machine sent back because they knew he would eventually be lead to sarah/john. she will kill cameron to save the day when shit hits the fan. there could possibly be a 3rd party involved in the future based on reese's flashbacks (or are they flashforwards?)...flash forwacks
2/19/2008 1:02:46 AM
- summer glau actually took ballet from a young age- the mom is sultry
2/25/2008 9:24:20 PM
Was the piano music she was dancing to at the end the same that was playing in the house that the humans were being interrogated?
2/25/2008 10:23:16 PM
I going to guess that you are the only one who paid attention to that.[Edited on February 25, 2008 at 11:00 PM. Reason : .]
2/25/2008 10:59:49 PM
^^Yeah never would have noticed that...but if that's true a. good observationb. no wonder brian austin green looked so freaked out (and not just by the robot doing ballet so humanily well)
2/25/2008 11:26:19 PM
I don't know if it was the same or not, I just remember that there was piano music playing in the interrogation house.
2/25/2008 11:57:08 PM
can somebody explain the seen when he was captured and in the house with the music and the andy guy and the robot was gone one day he just walked out and was all of a sudden at a john connor compound?also season finale? I could've sworn this season just started about 5 weeks ago? is the 2nd season coming right up or what?
2/26/2008 1:17:06 AM
2/26/2008 1:22:53 AM
As far as the first part of your post goes, I have no idea what that's supposed to be saying. The answer to the second part is "writer's strike shortened season".[Edited on February 26, 2008 at 7:43 AM. Reason : .]

2/26/2008 1:00:59 PM
im talking about that same episode from the future. they left the underground bunker and were captured by a robot and taken to a victorian house with the ballet music playing downstairs. he met andy and then was taken down to where the music was and brought back. the jet engine kept flying over and then on the 3rd day he just walked out of the house and met up with john.im not sure if missed any of it but how did he escape and end up with john so quickly?is there a possibility that the robots that captured him were working for john?
2/26/2008 1:23:41 PM
Fox on demand doesn't have the first episode anymore just started watching it last night and watched all available episodes online today...I like it a lot... very campy at times, but in general I enjoy it. Andy mentioned that there were 2 types of turks(sp?) one was like a teenager, and one was smarter but more like a child and able to make bad decisions... I think Cameran is the latter, she's trying to learn to be more human to better fit her role, but with underlying tones of she actually WANTS to be human... I don't think Cameran is bad.
2/26/2008 3:41:32 PM
John Connor is whiny as hell
2/26/2008 4:11:26 PM
2/26/2008 5:54:53 PM
2/26/2008 8:32:04 PM
And the woman that plays Sarah Connor needs to learn how to either lower one eyebrow or raise the other. They are constantly asymmetrical.
2/26/2008 11:35:50 PM
Actually one of the better shows on the tv right now... you goons are just too gay to admit it.
2/27/2008 1:53:02 PM
So I was thinking about this whole Cameran thing...I think she's like the oracle in the matrix... She IS on the robot side, but part of a contingent that wants to see a coexistent future where robots are accepted as people... Stuff along the lines of turk 1 and turk 2... so the standard terminators are of the turk 1 variety... win at all costs, theres only one right way... she is of the turk 2 variety that knows it's OK to loose when it benefits the greater picture. So she's there to help shape history into producing good robots instead of anti-human ones.
2/27/2008 11:45:53 PM
nope. that's really lame, and you should kill yourself for even thinking that. How about she is imperfectly programmed and is only finding small ways to resist
2/27/2008 11:57:11 PM
^^Yeah that isn't gonna fly in the Terminator universe. Terminators kill humans, that is what they do, you can't have a nice terminator unless it is programmed to protect. As she said in the flashback to the future episode, "sometimes they go bad" which probably means what skokiaan said. Her original programming was to kill humans... she was reprogrammed and it obviously has some kind of flaw because she is starting to go against it.
2/28/2008 9:36:41 AM
Yeah I guess nobody cares that the principal/guidance counselor/whatever from that school had his neck crushed.
3/3/2008 9:24:09 PM
Quality. The Johnny Cash made it for me.
3/3/2008 11:46:53 PM
i think they spend too much time on the montage with johnny cash... but I think they did it specifically to have more cash in the show.john doesn't really come off as a 1337 computer hacker though, and i'd have thought he wouldn't have been dumb enough to ramp the voltage up after the girl terminator specifically told him not to do that.I did like the whole birthday scene with reese/connor, that was a good thing for them to throw in there. And Sarah doesn't seem worried enough about the knocked out but not dead cops being able to describe and identify her.And it seems a little odd that everyone they have to visit is in the same geographical area.I can't see though how they're going to drag this out. It has too epic of a back story for them to just keep BSing enemies and stuff... at some point, like in Alias, they're going to have to do something to end it, or risk jumping the shark.[Edited on March 4, 2008 at 12:08 AM. I really liked it, especially the park scene. That was touching. Cash was awesome too.I'm sure Sarah thought about the cops being able to identify her but ever since Andy was killed she has tried her best to protect the innocent. Before that, she may have felt different.
3/4/2008 7:59:02 AM
^i mean it was kinda dark, they could have trouble trying to identify herjust sayin
3/4/2008 8:44:45 AM
^True, and plus they may have only seen Derick because she came from behind them. He is already a fugitive anyway so it would make no difference. Either way, Sarah does attempt to preserve life when possible now.
