Jackleg and everyone else who signed up but isnt active,

If you don't send me a PM from your username with the email you used to sign up, I cannot activate the account. It's the best (and only) way I can verify you are who you signed up as.

I've already have several people attempting to create accounts for other users, and this prevents those accounts from ever going active.
