i dont see any reason why they wouldnt get picked back up...im sure it's just a matter of waiting for the writers strike to get settled...they wrapped up S3 very shortly before the strike began i think, so i doubt they had much in the way of already prepared scripts written to begin developing season 4 so quickly.

god it is such a fantastic show though
