Canada recommends strict sanctions against the United Kingdom unless the United Kingdom can control all territories within her borders, which includes Sealand. Furthermore, if Sealand does not cooperate with the will of the United Nations Security Council, the General Assembly or the government of the UK, Canada will be forced to raise a motion to place a blockade around Sealand.

Easy there Canada, no need to get huffy over Sealand, it's not like they did anything to you.

Voting on Resolution 1 is still in session. If Sealand is officially voted as a recognized member, the United Kingdom will honor the decision and no longer assume control over it. Until that point, however, any actions taken against Sealand, benign or belligerent, will be considered as also directed towards the United Kingdom.

With that being said, the United Kingdom votes NAY on Resolution 1.

The United States wishes to remind Sweden that the Montevideo convention does NOT apply to territories of other nations. For that matter, the government of the US Virgin Islands is part of the United States governmental system, and elects a delegate to Congress (who can participate in committee voting). This should establish the territory as part of the United States enough to not require a separate delegate. The same goes for Puerto Rico.
