instead of blaming the inspectors, why not blame the employees and managers for not keeping the restaurant up to codeI guess you cant expect much more from someone who owns a below average franchise pizza joint

^^ i managed a pizza place before (little caesars), and actually champions pizza for a little while... and while i honestly agree that most kitchens wouldnt score an A or B, i dont see how a pizza place can score that low, theres not that much stuff in there to fuck up. a little row of toppings, an oven, and a cutting area. and a sink. anyways, i just read about this again somewhere. is gumbys open?
