There's nothing wrong with not getting your hopes up. Thats how I survived last basketball season. There is a problem with totally flamming a guy that hasn't had a fucking chance to prove himself. Why the fuck would you "smile" when he fucks up. I mean shit, you dont have to wish harm on the guy, just dont expect anything good. Nobody makes you get pissed, but someone ought to smash your face into some gravel for smiling when stone fucks up. You are a total douche. Thank you, good day.^I'm not editing the rest my post cause of that. Why would you start not giving a shit just because you graduated? If you live anywhere in the south east, you can still watch our games. Thats fucking stupid, especially when we aren't going to win with Davis on the field. [Edited on November 3, 2005 at 11:29 PM. No, I consistently think you're retarded...I'm just trying to figure out why.
11/3/2005 11:50:49 PM
well, you're the one freaking out and trying really hard
11/3/2005 11:52:34 PM
You fuckers need to drink!
11/3/2005 11:53:26 PM
I'm freaking out, MAN. But yeah it kinda does bother me when our own fans really want us to lose. Its the UNC prototype... and I'd rather be kicked in the balls than associated with them.^bring me the BOOZE[Edited on November 3, 2005 at 11:56 PM. Reason : ]
11/3/2005 11:55:54 PM
i don't want us to loseStone does not give us a better chance to win so i don't agree with him being the starter for now on for the second half of the seasonits counterproductivelike i said before, Chuck realizes the season's over so he's just letting Stone play b/c it'll make the fans "happier"Stone's not in so we can save the season, therefore winning is no longer the goalif you believe Stone is in to save the season and you think we can make a bowl, you're crazier than i amsince chuck basically said "screw the rest of the season" why not find the positives out of losing and messing up?
11/4/2005 12:01:47 AM
The team plays harder when Stone is in there. Therefore, Stone gives us a better chance to win than Davis.
11/4/2005 12:02:57 AM
^wtf, proof?
11/4/2005 12:03:19 AM
The proof is in the O-Line play over the last 2 games when Stone is in there.
11/4/2005 12:04:04 AM
weak defensive opponents? and even if the team does play harder when Stone's in, then we have a very shitty team that definitely lacks character and discipline[Edited on November 4, 2005 at 12:06 AM. Reason : asd]
11/4/2005 12:04:42 AM
248 yards rushing?Explain that one away.
11/4/2005 12:05:59 AM
yeah seriously man, Southern Miss defense ranks 91st in the country in pass defense.and yes, I bet the o-line decides to perform well only when a certain qb is in. When Jay is in, they let everyone past them, and when stone is in they decide to be a stone wall b/c that is how it works
11/4/2005 12:06:01 AM
proving my point pal.....southern miss defense isn't good....if we are going by your standards, maybe they like andre brown
11/4/2005 12:06:36 AM
11/4/2005 12:07:55 AM
No, I'm proving my point. The team played harder with Stone behind center. Don't be so fucking stupid as to say that Southern Miss allows 250+ yards rushing every game.
11/4/2005 12:08:28 AM
^^Like I said, the team played harder under Stone. Damn, how hard is that to understand? Fuck, man, you said it yourself during the Wake game.[Edited on November 4, 2005 at 12:09 AM. Reason : 1]
11/4/2005 12:09:19 AM
so everyone's mad at davis because the o-line would rather lose games than have davis be the qbdamn we have one shitty team i said wake's defense was shitty and were weary of stone running so they didn't pass rush[Edited on November 4, 2005 at 12:11 AM. Reason : asdf]
11/4/2005 12:10:57 AM
explain this to me fuelPassing Yards against Southern MissStone 128UAB, 407 Tulsa 232ECU 202McNeese St 182Alabama 330Explain to me why we are the only other team to throw for less than 200 yards against Southern Miss other than McNeese St.
11/4/2005 12:13:02 AM
11/4/2005 12:13:30 AM
More like, the team was inspired by Stone. Or something like that.
11/4/2005 12:13:35 AM
i meant beyond penaltiespenalties is one thingsabotaging the season is another
11/4/2005 12:14:32 AM
why can't we pass for as many yards as McNeese St. IF the o-line played SO WELL, where is the blame? why did we have so few yards---a great o-line who loves to block for stone, but only 128 yards...that's odd
11/4/2005 12:14:43 AM
That is really easy to explain EZScore...Stone is not a very good QB.... I think you need to work on your reading comprehension. You seem to misunderstand all of my posts.
11/4/2005 12:15:08 AM
what are you saying then? that stone motivates the team? b/c that's obviously not it---b/c against a defense like that, we should have seen a much better passing game.
11/4/2005 12:16:13 AM
SOMETHING seemed to motivate them to run all over Southern Mississipi. I think it was the QB switch. The guys played harder with Stone leading the offense....although he didn't really lead by example[Edited on November 4, 2005 at 12:21 AM. Reason : !]
11/4/2005 12:19:18 AM
you know..that's funny too....I don't think soSouthern Miss gives up 404 yards a game (against Conference USA teams and McNeese St.)We got 425 yards against them. Not a big difference. I don't see this motivation you are talking about. Yeah we moved the ball on the ground...But total yards...pretty much an average game compared to what southern miss is used to seeing.
11/4/2005 12:26:05 AM
ANDRE BROWN FOR PRESIDENT
11/4/2005 12:27:08 AM
WHO CARES? WE WON THE DAMN GAME. QUIT WITH THE ARGUMENT!
11/4/2005 12:28:11 AM

11/4/2005 1:10:59 AM
you're joking mind ?
11/4/2005 1:21:14 AM
Stone does not give us a better chance to win so i don't agree with him being the starter for now on for the second half of the seasonStone does give us a better chance to win next season than Jay Davis. What part of that are you failing to get through that extremely dense peice of matter resting atop your shoulders?
11/4/2005 7:12:47 AM
I'm confused as to the point you just tried to make.

Stone is in because Chuck may see him as the future at QB for this team. He gave jay a shot and it obviously didnt work. Salvaging this season is probably out the window, but you may as well get your QB for next season some experience .
11/4/2005 8:48:12 AM
^ He's got a point there
11/4/2005 9:15:07 AM
y'know, that's a point that's been made ad nauseam for the last couple of weeks, and winners like charlieEFH can't seem to grasp that simple fucking concept.
11/4/2005 9:41:08 AM
Chuck's feeding the fans and uping his PR perceptionJay Davis would have won the game in the first half last week
11/4/2005 10:04:51 AM
I don't think Davis would have had the game won by halftime....he hasn't consistently moved the ball against anyone this yearface it, it was time for a change....davis record as a starter was 7-10 and two of those wins were EKU and Richmond. That makes him 5-10 against Division 1-A opponents and last year he had the number one defense in the country helping him out all of the time. Marcus Stone has played a lot in two games in his career (VT last year and S. Miss this year) and we WON both of those games...now was he the sole reason we won and a beast? no. but both games he has played a lot in during his career we won. You want a winner at QB. that is it. stone may not be a great qb, but i will take 2-0 vs. 5-10 any day of the week
11/4/2005 10:50:24 AM
^its a hopeless cause convincing CharlieEFH stone is better. He would rather us lose with jay than win with stone.
