Got one of the best pumps I've had in a quite a long time during an arm workout tonight. It was awesome, felt like my skin was about to burst. It's gonna hurt like a mofo in the next day or two, but it felt so good tonight.

^^I was doin incline db press, and the shoulder just popped out on the last rep of the 2nd set... it's the same way i dislocated that shoulder for the first time back in highschool (I have reeeally bad shoulders)

does anyone take any supplements such as cell-tech or protein? and if so, what have you found that works well at gaining good weight?

lots of protein powder, and that's about the only supplement that's worth a damn for building muscle.On the other hand, I have a 28 tray pill divider for when I'm dieting. mostly multivitamins, fish oil, and ephedrine/caffeine/yohimbe stacks.
