I gave in and decided to play. Level 23 Tauren Druid on Hellscream, name's Molpadia. My guild is Aegis Nauthiz... several other NCSU people are in it, not sure exactly how many, though. At least 7... my computer geek friends.

Ran Wailing Caverns last night with a guild member who's a level 30 warrior (I know, way high for WC). We had very little trouble... and the good part -- every singe piece of the Embrace of the Fang set dropped. I am now wearing the entire set... and oh, do I look silly. If it weren't for my tabard, I'd be clad entirely in purple and yellow. Whee.

The stat bonuses are quite nice, though...

2 pieces: Adds up to 5 damage to nature spells and effects (doesn't seem to work on Thorns, though)
3 pieces: Adds Staves +2 (not so great, it's only 2 to my staves skill)
4 pieces: Increases healing spells and effects by up to 10
Full set bonus: Intelligence +10

yea i played open beta like mad but didnt have the money to really put down to buy it so i sucked it up and waited till Christmas so that the money i would have spent on the game can pay for my next 3 or 4 months or so of playing (after the free month). so i think my roommate and i will be hitting up stormreaver, horde within the next two weeks

omfg, today I was in Loch Modan and there was this huge Horde attack. I was upset because I had just finished getting all the stuff I needed for a quest, but couldn't turn it in because I kept getting killed. It was huge, there were at least thirty Horde people, many of them level 30+ and even one level 50
