this actually gets to the crux of the problem here... EVERY GIRL IS DIFFERENT... there is no universal norm for who's musculature and skin can tolerate having a chest that size... there is no set defined guideline that she shouold adhere to... she should probably see a back doctor on at least a yearly basis to make sure there are no problems (because she is, ,admitably, at a higher risk for back problems than the average b-cupper), but just having large breasts does NOT guarentee that she'll ever have a problem with them in her life

i worked out with a personal trainer (one that worked with profootball players, this guy is serious) for about a year. my muscles were plenty developed but it still hurt to run. when i run the muscle in the front of my chest on the right side gets pulled, and it hurts like a bitch. in response to sports bras, they only do so much. i have some pretty top of the line ones and all they do is really squish you down as flat as you can and still be able to breath. but you still have the weight of them trying to shift up and down and that is what can hurt your back and shoulders. i generally don't get lower back pain but i can't lay on my stomach. having boobs changes the shape of your spine when you lay down so it puts stress on the lower vertebra, and that is a bugger.
